My girlfriend and I were from 15.11.2016 to 5.12.2016 there. The resort is owned by a family. We were given daily cold breakfast and it was mostly the same served and above all we were served daily from the can or nothing is freshly prepared, only hot! Since you also in the evening on the resort depends, the price-performance ratio of the lunch or the dinner is not at all! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Disgusting is also the dogs of the family and also wild dogs in the dining room but also in the whole area whole day! If you are not careful take the dog food off the plate! We had no running water for days. The shower usually did not work! The toilet flushing did not work. Only cold water! NO BEACH! It is commended that the pool is cleaned daily and the water is replenished - THAT DOES NOT! The pool is cleaned to your liking and refilled to your liking! And especially we had the pool mostly clean itself! Bathing in the sea there impossible! Despite several polite requests to remove the deficiencies, we only got the answer: "We do not care, they have already paid, you can go!" We did not recover as we had hoped! During the day the resort is surrounded by the surrounding Filipino youths. The family went out in the area every evening and organized every evening some private "alcohol parties" with loud music and drank loudly Whiskey to the fall! The family member, which is responsible for the facility is gay and was mostly daily already already in the morning drunk and when times sober then was made pretty first! The rooms are covered with various vermin. The rooms were also not cleaned daily and we did not get daily towels! We did not get any fresh towels! You can look outside through the walls. We observed that the resort at the weekend was mostly used by Philippine teenagers for a "one-night-stand"! The price-performance ratio is not true at all. Way too expensive!...
Read moreFirst of all, this place has so many sea urchins. I think their sea is filled with it. And jelly fishes. Those small, almost invisible squishy creatures, I don't know if they sting but we clearly saw them when we went there at night. The sea is not that clear, no sand bars or anything, just pure rocks and pebbles. Not that good for a swimming experience. Also, the food is so expensive. We stayed there overnight and brought our own food instead. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the bonding we had with my co-workers. There were a lot of drinking, and we stayed up until 4AM. Quiet place. Don't be fooled by my great photo-capturing skills. These were taken just to highlight how good I take these pictures. Anyway, it's really up to you if you'd...
Read moreMy stay was excellent because it has all the amenities that I needed — food, pool, beach, rooms, and has a store adjacent to the gate of the place. It is easy to place a booking because of the accommodating staff. The pool and the ocean was clean when we arrived. They are also patient with us and our questions. They also handed us a set of utensils although they saw us with our own set — it is a very convenient action because who knows, we might have lacked with ours. However, the downside is that it's far away from the notable beach resorts in Samal. It took us more or less one hour to arrive. Nevertheless, the end justifies the means and the whole experience is...
