Armando's Wellness Resort — Hotel in San Fernando

i had booked many times via checking tripadvisor and this was my first tripadvisor booking that was not as they portrayed it to be. pictures are so diff from reality and i was very disappointed with the place....we arrived 9pm at night and booked thru agoda and they had no idea that we were arriving...the road going there was inaccessible and bad and the place had a funny smell to it....there was hardly any grass in the place and i had reserved a room for 4 people and was shown to a tiny nipa hut with two beds...i asked if they were sure 4 could fit there and they said yes...and as i could not envision my husband and i fitting in that tiny bed, i left despite having paid thru agoda...it was only then , when they approached us in the car and said, we have another room with 4 separate beds...but it...

Pampanga, other than its cuisine, is not a place I usually would consider for a local leisure destination. So when I learned about Armando's Wellness Resort in San Fernando City, I thought i'd give it a try. The place is not easy to find and is practically miles away from any decent dining experience. The staff appears unprepared to answer any question and the owner is equally nonchalant. It took hours for the staff to let us know what the wifi password is and the broadband width is so big that we couldn't access the internet at all. The kitchen staff didn't know what food was available and had to call for someone else to give us the menu.
