Last minute booking that was a good experience. Vanessa responded to my call in the morning the day we were driving to the resort and was very informative. They really created something beautiful. We were booked in a well-appointed the Deluxe Family Suite that had a King, a double bed and a sofa bed that easily fit 6 adults. Their TV had Netflix!!! Room comes with 1 gallon of distilled drinking water, electric water kettle, coffee mugs and drinking glasses. The toilet and bath was spacious. It had water heater for the shower area, bath towels and grooming kit for those that foeget to bring their own toothbrush and hand soap. We were in Room No. 5. Important note: the room is sound proof! We could not hear any noise from other guests or the next door resort despite the loud music and singing. Also, they do not have a restaurant but their common kitchen and dining area is complete with appliances and cookware if you decide to cook or do BBQ. The other option is to order from Dude's Garage (delicious food) and their very helpful and reliable staff Biboy would pick up the order and bring to the resort. Breakfast was included in the package. We had Bangus, eggs and rice. Their coffee is brewed and unlimited =). Their pool is clean, the outdoor jacuzzi was not working though. The beachfront is beautiful! Sand is not white but it was fine and had no shells or corals. We were fortunate to have participated in the release of 167 Pawikans (apparently the area is a sanctuary where Pawikans go to lay eggs). Those that survive come back after 25 years. Another thing that was amazing is how they were able grow Bermuda grass and keep it lushiously green. They also have a playground, Koi pond, birds and Iguanas in cages which would be such a trreat for toddlers to see. The staff, kuya guard and the manager (brother of the owner) bring joy to the experience of our stay. Overall this place was a great find and we are sure to return. By the way, Wifi is strong and free in the...
Read moreWent here for an overnight weekday getaway. Was able to make a reservation through their Facebook page, they were responsive and answered all questions I had. The room was clean and spacious, furnishings were good quality and still looked new. The internet was really fast, and we could even watch Youtube and Netflix on the smart tv in the room. Clean heated pool, and working jacuzzi was nice. Also loved the common kitchen and dining area, which also had a karaoke machine. Lots of birds and iguana cages all around which were really fun to watch. Additionally, the staff and the owner were super nice and very attentive. The beach was clean, not crowded and had fine brown sand. We didn't get to enjoy it much however because there were a lot of jellyfish floating in the water. Locals told us they weren't dangerous, they just make you itchy if you brush against them. We ended up just staying at the edge of the shore, but a lot of the locals were okay with the jellyfish and were swimming further away.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Nahas and we will definitely come back if we head back to San Juan, hopefully during the season when there aren't as...
Read moreThe place is nice and the staff are very accommodating. We are not informed that there is a lot of restrictions inside the resort ahead of time until we got into the resort. We rented the whole place but there is a different resort visitor that stays on the main house. It is not also a pet friendly resort. Also, there is a one person who is the brother of the owner who is not friendly and accommodating to the visitors also to pets. There is a signage all over the resort that there is a designated area for smoking but he is the one who is smoking on the patio at the main house. We also feel uncomfortable with him because during dinner time and games he just stayed in the patio like he was...
