Our room was a small room, nothing fancy but good enough. But we were not satisfied with all the construction going on as they are expanding the hotel, cause our room was facing the construction area. No windows in our room was disappointing though... But all in all an ok hotel, with a very nice pool.||The restaurant owned by the hotel on the other hand was useless.||First of all we had to go out of the hotel to get there and walk a couple of hundre meters.||But worst of all was the staff there. Not only unexperienced, but also not trained for their job.||No one put cutlery or glass on the tables, no one cleaned off the tables when we were done. The table could be left alone for an hour after the guests had left. With still the empty plates on the table.||On one filled our glasses with water, it took about 30 minutes to get an easy dish as en omelett. Who does that???||We had breakfast there 4 out of our 5 nights, and the quickest they managed to bring the food (omelet with toasted bread) was 23 minutes…||The food was nothing to brag about either… Omelet served with a sauce on it?||The breakfast was complimentary, included in the room price but a lot of things was extra!||If you wanted bacon with your eggs, we had to pay 150 pesos extra. Orange juice was on the menu, but they were out, so I ordered pineapple juice instead but was charged 50 pesos extra for this too…||Very limited menu, useless servers, no trained and unexperienced staff, disappointing food, long waiting times for food makes this restaurant a...

The room itself is new and clean, exuding a sense of freshness and modernity. The management's attention to cleanliness is commendable, as the room is spotless and well-maintained. ||The aircon works perfectly which adds to the overall satisfaction of the stay.||The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, offering the right amount of support, contributing to a pleasant sleep experience.||However, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, it is worth mentioning that the breakfast is served in a separate building, which means guests have to venture outside to enjoy their morning meal. Although this may not be ideal for those who prefer convenience, the quality and variety of the breakfast options compensate for this inconvenience.||Additionally, the hotel only has one swimming pool. Although the pool is well-maintained, it can be crowded during peak times.||On a positive note, the staff are polite and accommodating. They go the extra mile to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. The attentive and friendly service contributes to a pleasant overall...
