Pili Beach Resort is one of those rare places that makes you rethink what a perfect beach getaway should be. Tucked away in Agmanic, Sta. Fe, it’s not just a resort—it feels like a well-kept secret meant for those who appreciate raw beauty, genuine hospitality, and little details that make a stay unforgettable.

The beach? Pristine, quiet, and with just the right mix of soft sand and swaying coconut trees. The water shifts from crystal-clear turquoise to deep blue, and if you’re lucky, you might spot some playful marine life while swimming.

The accommodations are thoughtfully designed—not the cookie-cutter resort type, but something that blends seamlessly with nature while still offering comfort. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds, with a cup of coffee in hand, was the kind of reset I didn’t know I needed.

What truly sets Pili Beach Resort apart, though, is the people. The owners and staff don’t just treat you like guests; they treat you like long-time friends finally visiting. They’re the kind who’ll remember your name, ask about your day, and even share local tips that you won’t find on travel blogs.

If you're looking for a place where time slows down, where sunsets feel a little more magical, and where hospitality is still done right, this is it. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family looking for a quiet retreat—Pili Beach Resort delivers.

A hidden gem? Definitely. Worth coming back to?...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pili Beach Resort and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The resort is situated in a stunning location and boasts an impressive range of amenities that truly made my stay unforgettable.

Firstly, the resort's pool was a highlight of my trip. It was large, clean and perfect for lounging around on a hot day. The pool area itself was beautifully landscaped and provided a serene setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

In addition to the pool, the resort also had a billiard table and kayaks available for use. The billiard table was a fun way to pass the time with friends or family, while the kayaks offered a unique opportunity to explore the surrounding area from a different perspective.

Perhaps the highlight of my stay was the diving experience. The resort is located in close proximity to coral reefs, providing an unparalleled opportunity to explore the underwater world.

I highly recommend Pili Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and adventurous getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was simply breathtaking. I would definitely return in...

This was a great resort, right on the beach. We loved everything. Sunsets every day, beach life, island life and mainly relaxing.

The staff was great, amazing even!Rooms were clean, food & drinks good, grounds were well maintained, sunbeds everywhere. And when there accured an issue, we were well taken care off.

Boss lady is really positive and a tough woman. Girl power all the way! Special shout-out to grandpa, who gave up his swingseat for us. Just so we could hang out on the swings by the bar. He had a positive presence and still actively helped where he could.

We were almost the only ones there and got a lot of positive attention... So maybe we are a bit biased ;-) But we really had a great stay and would love to come back again. Thank you all!

@fellow travellers; check out our notes regarding ferry and activities (scooters & snorkeling captain Reynold)

There was only one negative about the place: The white guy hanging around, he is management. But he was rude to the staff, selective in which guest he talks to, didn't help out and had no contribution on the positive...

Beautiful, clean, and fully functional beach resort with plenty of things to do from scuba diving, kayaking in a see through kayak, swimming in a serene quiet beach with calm water, relaxing at their pools, or hanging out at their bar with swings for chairs. Unusual but pretty neat chairs! Friendly owner, laid back location, but excellent service and good attention to detail with the nice little touches with your own little French press for coffee, bottled cylindrical container for water, complimentary fudgy-like brownies that come with the coffee. Food was just ok - it won't blow your mind but will fill you. The beach location is perfect and the water is calm and clear without a lot of waves, comfortable for non-swimmers. One thing that made me sad as a nature person, please let the caged eagle go unless it's there for rehab purposes. A small cage for tourists to see it is not a place for any animal, especially a bird that is meant to soar for many miles.

The resort is located in close proximity to coral reefs, providing an unparalleled opportunity to explore the underwater world Table by the sand with lots of shade and feets away from the water. How to get here? DIY From Caticklan Port the public boat takes 45-minute to 1-hour to San jose (carabao island) The boat fare is ₱200 plus ₱50 environmental fee. Public boat schedule Caticlan – Carabao 9am, 1pm and 3pm. Stay a night in carabao island. The next early morning @6am take the boat going to sta fe. The distances from place to place will be far and if you want to move on your own, we recommend you to ride a motorbike. You can bring your own motorbike or rent.. Motorized bangkas also operate daily between Caticlan Jetty Port and Santa Fe. The crossing takes 1.5 hours and the fare is 200 pesos per trip. Caticlan departure is at 9:am.. Departure from Santa Fe at 7:00am.
