Lubi Resort Santander — Hotel in Santander

The resort was actually closed when we dropped by hoping for a cuppa tea. However the lady in charge and their security guard PJ were very hospitable. Their view is 5⭐️ but premises only has 6 rooms. Secluded and they tell me favored as a retreat by the Japanese. |Their driveway downhill is slightly harrowing and best driven by their ppl. Slippery after slight showers, definately not undertaken on bald tyres. |So, no tea but we simply enjoyed their view across the straits direction of Dumaguete airport. (Pic 3) One can see planes landing in the distance. Actually nearest point to land for Travelers heading there. After that comes ferry across to Lilloan Port, Santander, then about 25 mins drive to resort. It may take a bit over three hours drive from Cebu City to Santander, and finding Lubi Resort can be a bit difficult but once you get there, get ready for some ideal rest and relaxation. The resort is small but if you like small and quaint, this could be your kind of place. The beach may be a bit rocky, but there are nearby beaches to swim as well. There is no pool, at the moment. Diving is said to be good here since there are several dive spots in the vicinity. The rooms have no TV, but very spacious and luxurious (as compared to others in the area). The resort was very hidden, but it also meant that it was quiet :). Food was very nice and the people very friendly. Room was clean, but the shower was flooded so we had to wait a fair bit before the next person could shower. Only stayed there for one night but very nice...
