Noblesse Resort — Hotel in Santander

There are two things going for this place: location and a good kitchen. From Noblesse, it is an easy walk to the port of Liloan. We chose this place because of the location ad we needed to board a ferry to Sibulan the next day. The food at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. The kitchen closes early so get your orders in. The rooms, oh the rooms. Nice tiled floors, foam beds. That's it. The wooden doors won't close all the way so yeah, mosquitoes could get into the room. The AC was weak, the room couldn't really get cool. The bathroom was gloomy and saddest of all. We had warmish water, the other rooms didn't. The towels were threadbare, and the floors didn't look clean. The sink was dirty with no stopper, so you can see the rusty insides of the drain. The wood covering the front of the sink, possibly to hide the pipes, was rotted through. I mean, I know this is the Philippines and expectations are low, but come on! I've stayed at cheaper properties with better offerings. This place was not worth the money I paid. You have other options in the area, I recommend you...

We warmly recommend this hotel. ||The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and a very good working AC. The bathroom was as expected. Filipino-like with a Tabo (Mug) to wash but also with a sprinkler head. There were cockroaches but you cannot avoid them in any places in the Philippines.||The hotel, the pool, the view - wow. In our opinion very cozy, and heartwarming furnished. You can see that it is not newly renovated but stilly very lovely.||On our first day we even received a delicious piece of cake because a family member of the owner had birthday.||The owner was very friendly, thus he could not speak quite english. The employees were very nice and helped us with anything we needed. They (the owner and one other person) stayed awake for our 2am ferry to Siquijor and even gave us an umbrella for our walk to the port. ||The food was good. We went here with a 10 people group to relax after a marriage

Great value for money to use as a base for activities and to explore the surroundings (Oslob, Kawasan Falls, Sumilon Island). They have a boat you can charter and do diving. The resort has big rooms with double + single bed in each room. Decent state of repair in rooms, a spacious well maintained common area. This is not a beach resort, tough you can swim on the rocky shore.

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. It's owned by a Pinoy/Korean couple. He takes care of Divers and she of the Hotel

Oh and they can call a great massage for only 350 PHP - we had 2 in 3 days

Bus stop is right in front with 30min Intervall departure in each direction.
