We’ve enjoyed our stay here. The place is very cozy but needs a lot of improvement.

The place needs: Dish rack - after washing dishes, we can only dry it using tissues which is not available too. Utensils Mop - this is a place with pool, mop is very needed here to avoid slippery floor. Daily change of rug - the rug in the place doesn’t look like a new one Slippers - the floor tiles is very slippery when wet so a non-slippery slippers is a must Curtain for privacy - even if the window is like a one-way mirror, curtain is still needed for privacy in case someone might take a peek inside. Tissue - since there’s no dish rack and new rugs and any rags, we hope that there will be an available tissue in every part of the villa. This can also help the tenants to keep the villa clean. Dishwashing liquid Disposable toothbrush Handsoap Grill not ready to use - full of rust, we can’t even use it. Clean appliance properly - when we tried to use the appliances, it still has some oil all over around air fryer and rice cooker Better maintenance of the pool. Trash bin inside kitchen

Important things to note: Tap water has some foul smell. Once handover has been done, it should be off limits and have the tenants some privacy. A lot of flies every night - one of the reason might be the foams outside the villa it not being...

I didn’t have a good experience at all.

The cabin that I booked is not what was given to me.

I arrived late and yet the cabin is still not ready, saw the caretakers sleeping in the bed and 5 mins after says that unit is ready. I can’t trust that it was cleaned.

Power went out multiple times during our stay. WiFI didn’t work at all. Unit is left with food crumbs on the floor The water in the bathroom smells like rust

The mineral water provided has dirt floating in it.

The stairs are too steep and wobble posing safety risk.

Customer support is awful.
