LA CORDIE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT — Hotel in Tacloban

We were told by the receptionist that the matrimonial beds are queen sized, only to find out later on that it were actually double bed only.

There was an ample outdoor parking available, but just be aware that there's a construction going on on the higher floors of the building, and according to the guard, if you park too close, your car might be hit by falling debris like hardiflex.

We were also told that hot shower is available, however it was inoperable/out of order during our stay. We asked for pail, tabo & kettle heater.

Breakfast was included in the room charge. Very basic silog choices, i.e. hotsilog which includes 3 small sized hotdogs plus scrambled egg, rice and coffee/milo.

Brand New and clean hotel. Near Palo Leyte Landing site. Food excellent for locals. Quite location, Price competitive. Arrive at 6:00 pm. Hotel needs some improvement such as strong wifi in the room. The location is near the boundary going out of Tacloban city. Good for travellers exploring areas outside of Tacloban. Overall...

Very nice accommodation , but in the middle of " nowhere" so it wasn't easy to get transportation just to get to the mall, taxis all wanted...
