Madison Park Hotel — Hotel in Tacloban

Poor service. I didn't check in the hotel rooms, but I was a regular comer in the park who usually jogs and uses the exercise equipments during the morning with company or just alone. Recently, I got so busy with school and I visited the park just today. So many has changed, they monetized the playground but it's poorly kept. The grass aren't even trimmed, it's congested with many equipments in such a small area and it feels trapped inside the steel fence. The staff was rude, no one charged us upon entry but she confronted us when we're already inside and gave us an attitude. We paid anyways but afterwards she just threw our tickets to us. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. THEY WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND MUST TREAT EVERYONE IN A NICE MANNER. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 IF THERE'S ZERO STAR I WOULD'VE RATED THIS ALREADY. You should even be happy that people come here with the poor accessibility in this place. It's so far from the city and with minimal transportation modes to get here. DO BETTER. 🙄👎🏻

Getting a place to stay that has a value for money and superb service was a breeze when I stayed in Madison Park Hotel in Tacloban City.
