I was a solo traveler who stayed at Tokyo room for 2 nights. The location was convenient because the place is just along the highway and many tricycles and jeepneys are easy to hail from right in front of their building. There are many spots you can get on foot to have Batangas famous dishes such as lomi and chami. On foot, you can also easily reach several small sari-sari stores and 2 Dali grocery stores are nearby (although Italy Condotel has a mini grocery of its own).

The room I stayed in was perfect for young solo travelers that appreciate exclusivity (as this room has a loft/mezzanine style and is located at the top most part of the building. No one will be passing by this room’s front door and balcony as the room is pretty isolated. Be prepared for climbing the stairs and having low hanging beams and ceiling though.) and having essential kitchen equipments like an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a pot and an induction cooker and a coffee maker. There was a small nook where I do most of my reading and drawing and there was a small coffee table where I did work on my laptop and have my meals. The quality of the beddings, bed, and pillows were that of a high-end hotel and my sleep had been comfortable. The huge smart TV has a Netflix account logged in and ready for use. Shower has a heater. The room was both pretty and practical and well-equipped.

ARROGANT OWNER‼️ Bastos yung mayari, akala nya inaangkin nmin yung property nya. Nagpabook ako 2months before yung date ng kasal ng bestfriend ko. Night before the wedding dumating kame sa hotel nya, kampante kame na may maiStayan kameng accomodation dahil nagpabook na ko matagal na. Ang deal is 7k - 22hours for 2rooms Rio + Milan pero pagdating namin sinasabi ng mayari ang nabook ko daw is 8k - 12hours nagmahal na dahil maraming nagpapabook daw that night. di nya ata alam na karamihan is guest ng bestfriend kong ikakasal at pati mismong ikakasal is Guest din nya. And we ended up na pinapaalis nya kame gabing gabi kahit nakabook dahil di daw kame sumusunod sa kanya galing pa naman kameng byahe from Valenzuela. “Ang sabi pa skin ako nalang daw mayari para ako na masunod” feeling nya inaangkin yung property nya. Nagbusiness ng hotel pero madamot sa service sa customer. Sinisigawan kame sa lobby ng hotel napakarami namin pero di namin siya pinapatulan nakakatawa lang yung ugali nya. Ayaw lang din namin masira ang gabi namin na dapat magenjoy sa stay namin sa batangas dahil kasal ng barkada namin. Habang sinisigawan nya kame na nakalibot na daw sya sa ibat ibang bansa at nalipot nya na ang buong Europe. Yung bride is napaiyak nalang sa stress na ginagawa ng mayari samin. Kaya yung ikakasal nagcancel na lang ng booking nila. Mabait pa naman sana yung asawa nyang babae maayos kausap, naiintindihan kung anong pinoPoint namin kung anong tama sa napareserved namin. Yung lalake? na mayari lang nanlilisik ang tingin lalo na sakin. Walang hotel na pagnagpareserve ka sa specific amount na may discount, na mismong ikaw na owner naman nagbigay eh binago mo pagdating namin na ang reason mo maraming nagpapabook.
