I had an awesome stay at the Resort for 3 nights. I almost felt like being a part of the family, which welcomed me very warmly and helped me with all my wishes. Although I have been travelling alone, there were a lot of nice people (mainly philippinos) I met, so the time went by so quickly. The resort offered a huge range of activites ranging from diving, jetskies, banana boat to climbing or simply renting bikes. Also, the resort itself had a huge swimming pool, ping pong, billiards and courts for basketball and volleyball. As for the location, the resort is reachable from Manila within 2 hours (drive to Tanauan city with the bus and then taxi to the resort for around 5km) and has a nice lakeside location overlooking the gorgeous Taal lake. Having been to a couple of other hotels and resorts prior to de Leonardo resort, this was the first place that actually offered authentic philippino food in form of a buffett for unbeatable...
