Initially looked good with courteous front desk joefel . Being a group of professionals, having chosen this boutique hotel we were ok with simple and quiet place. but they must have forgotten to put soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, but responded upon request at front desk. so we let that pass|But upon using the shower, a number of rooms ( we occupied 9 rooms fully paid in advance) had malfunctioning shower heads, with only little drops, so two of four MDs and a lawyer had to use the bidet to take a bath. ||Breakfast was plated, we were ok. but after a few of us with half bangus, the others who were late had 1/4 of the bangus served. so were teasing those who woke up later to eat because the bangus might be 1/8. ||we gently talked with the receptionist and we were told that the manager will be coming in the afternoon of the second day. unfortunately, upon our return, no one appeared to at least talk to us. ||of the nine rooms fully paid, all occupants except one family, opted to go home instead of staying for the second night due to our experience with the hotel and not one of the management tried to reach us. we told the only employee present that we shall let the family left behind use ONE other room because it was paid for. then she replied " policy po hindi puede. " i was hoping to reach the supervisor even by phone but the only employee there did not give us the chance . ||There was no demand of refund or anything . all we would have appreciated was a communication of the owner or manager to us so that they can improve on services. ||this is the first time I have experienced such worst service and even my first time to take extra effort to...
Read moreThe room we stayed is a poolside queen room. The room is very basic and small for a family. No hand towels, electric kettle or hair blower provided. No complimentary water bottle also. Though you can ask hot water at the restaurant. The tv signal is intermittent so we did not actually watched that much during our two day stay. Extra towel has extra charge also. So if you are a family, better have extra towels with you. They only have one option of meals every breakfast. The coffee provided is 3in1 coffee. Might as well invest also in coffee maker for brewed coffee. With the room price of 3399, we expected much on the space, amenities and food. We cannot avoid comparing it to other hotels we stayed with that kind of price. ||||In the positive side, the pool was nice and the kids did enjoy swimming. The room was clean. The staff were approachable. However there was no security guard to watch especially that guest cars were just parked on an open space outside the hotel. ||||We hope the hotel will improve on...
Read moreThe hotel is still on soft opening. Dont expect too much. They only have 9 rooms. Restaurant menu still hand written in a folder. Some parts in room still need attention (see pics). The overall structure and interior of the hotel is beautiful except for the room which is very basic and small. The bathroom glass door dont have a lock. Pool is nice and clean. Still lacks manpower, the owner serves as reception, sometimes in housekeeping, sometimes in kitchen; reason why calling their mobile phone is a challenge. ||We dont know why, but among the hotels weve been to this one we felt and left very exhausted and not relaxed. There is a Buddha and Guanyin in the lobby which i dont think should be their place or maybe they had it...
