Happy Island Inn — Hotel in Virac

I had the most amazing week-long stay at Happy Island Inn. The staff was very accomodating (before and during the trip) and the place was WFH-friendly, I had no issues while I was working except for a couple of power outages but everyone in the area might’ve experienced it and it didn’t even lasted long. It was my first time travelling alone and the staff and this place made it as comfortable and relaxing for me as possible.

The room was neat, spacious, complete with utensils, kettle, drinking water provided, and smart tv. Awesome views of the sunset and the ocean!! While working, I always caught myself staring outside. I just wished there were more restaurants nearby but the city proper was just a few mins away via trike. Delivery sites also covered this area so all good. Lastly, they provide car/motor rentals, tours, and laundry services so you’re pretty much covered!

We had this july 25 a very happy stay in this Inn for three nights. The room is clean and symphatic with a view at the sea. It's all in what's needed like a waterheater, a good bed, a clean shower and a big tv. Jeycel from the frontdesk is very accomodating and helpful, always with a friendly smile. The option to rent a scooter was for us very practical. We could move where ever we liked at any time. There is just one thing I wished a change for our next stay. The downpayment is just possible by G-cash or with a banking app what hasn't worked. Foreigners mostly don't have a G-cash. So it would be great to find another way for this downpayment like creditcards or Western Union. But about that we had a wonderful stay there and we think, that our next stay in Catanduanes will be in Happy Island Inn again. Thanks to Jeycel and also...
