This place and service they offer is horrific. Far from decent mediocrity to call this outpost a hotel, not to mention "luxury". The only luxury part of this very unpleasant experience was the price. They really kept the price high, despite the scandalous lack of decent standard and guest service. It was our first time in this city. We've stayed there during the international music courses, which resulted in full occupancy of all the hotels and Airbnb's in the area. They offered no working AC (over 35 degrees Celsius), no internet, no quiet and peaceful nights due to constant parties, loud music, crowds of party goers and smoking cigarettes, horrible odors from the dumpster that's right next to the building. The only suggestion they had for me was to "move to a different place". I booked it online, ahead of time based on the description on the hotel's official website. There was no single spot in other hotels could move to at that time. was simply stuck with them and they took advantage of it. I strongly advise against staying in this place. It's not a family friendly place for people who are looking for comfort and relaxation. It's the worst place we've stayed at in Poland! It's such a shame that Lancut is being represented by this low class people and place. We'll...

Read moreThis was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I'm working remotely, so the first question before booking this hotel was if they have a good wifi, I was told that it's good, but it was not working at all in the room. In reception wifi was very poor. The stuff was ignoring all my comments about it, they were doing nothing. Our room was not cleaned until I found a cleaning lady and asked her to clean. The carpet on the floor was very dirty with a lot of dirty marks, the same situation with chairs in the room. There is no hairdryer in the room, which is a very basic need. The stuff doesn't know English, it was very difficult to communicate. I'm traveling a lot around Europe and I never saw such a terrible hotel and unprofessional stuff. The price is too high for such a disgusting place. If you don't want your trip to be destroyed - don't go...
