TESSA — Hotel in Chełm

Unbelievably convenient and the most friendly staff.||I exited Ukraine on March 19, 2024, and just wanted to find a convenient place to stay overnight to allow me to catch a train to Warsaw the next day. It was so convenient that I just walked to it from the train station with two suitcases in a few minutes. All the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great. The place and the charming Chelm compelled me to stay there for one more day.||They even have a small kitchen. I was really touched by a front desk recipient cooking for me the Polish national food pierogi that I bought from a nearby supermarket. Booked a 3-person room (room #1) for 1 night stay. Beds are comfortable, the room has a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean. Lady at reception allowed us to leave backpacks in building in the storage area for a few hours after we checked out (train was 5h after checkout). Outside noise is non-existent. Didn't try the breakfast, but would definitely recommend ordering pizza delivery from FragioIi, it's a pizza place in Chełm, they can deliver it to hotel, just gotta call them about it (the website will say it's out of delivery range). Will stay here again 100%, absolutely great price/quality ratio.

Only minus: walls are not exactly thick, so sometimes you can hear doors opening/closing in other rooms. Negligible downside...
