Rezydencja Bukowy Dwór — Hotel in gmina Czarna

Sadly a poor review before even staying at this location. We booked our reservation 2 months in advance and paid in full. Then 2 weeks prior to arriving we received a message from the owner that they had encountered a broken pipe and there was water damage and hence our reservation was immediately cancelled. Within 1 hour we received notice from Bookings that our reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. Our money was refunded within 24 hours, thankfully after a stern email complaint to Bookings. I cannot believe the water damage story and that it could not be fixed within 2 weeks of our arrival, but instead believe the overbooking story. Our vacation was ruined and cancelled as nothing comparable in the areas...

Bukowy Dwór to w naszym odczuciu wyjątkowe miejsce. Właścicielka emanuje ciepłem i dobrą energią, co dodaje wiele magii temu obiektowi. Jesteśmy pod wrażeniem pomysłowości w aranżacji olbrzymiego obszaru dookoła budynków. Wymagało to z pewnością ogromu pracy i czasu. W efekcie w Bukowym Dworze można naprawdę się zrelaksować np czytając książkę na leżaku nad brzegiem stawu, taplając się w basenie czy podczas seansów saunowania. Można też dać się pochłonąć zadumie na ławeczce na skraju lasu, skąd mamy widok na piękne Bieszczady.

Pokój typu superior bardzo przestrzenny, dla dwóch osób aż nadto. Codziennie odświeżamy. Wygodne, szerokie łóżka z dobrym materacem i przyjemną pościelą.

Bardzo czysto!!

Na wyposażeniu pokoju znaleźliśmy koc na chłodniejsze dni, ręczniki, czajniczku, filiżanki, lodówkę. Był też tv ale kto by tam oglądał, gdy za oknem wieczorem piękny gwiezdny spektakl.

Śniadaniami raczyła nas co rano pani Zosia, która dokładała wielu starań by przebiegały one w miłej atmosferze i nastrajały pozytywnie na każdy kolejny dzień. Smaczne, świeże produkty plus codziennie inne ciepłe danie. Duży plus - bardzo dobra kawa!!

Usytuowanie obiektu dogodne dla organizowania wycieczek w różne warte uwagi miejsca Bieszczad. Trzeba jedynie uważać przy wjeździe, który znajduje się za górką, trochę na zakręcie.
