SenS — Hotel in gmina Dobra (Szczecińska)

Well, this was one of the worst experience with polish hotels I have ever had. I visited couple of three stars hotels which were quite OK. But this one was a complete nightmare. The only positive thing about the hotel was the price, but the experience was even not worth the price. To begin with, none of the hotel staff speaks English. But mostly there is nobody around from the hotel staff so you have to wait for everything. The worst part was their behaviour. The owners were around but they didn’t event greet us or anything. Waiter and receptionist behaviour was completely unacceptable and utterly impolite. All of them gossiped about us and our food choices in restaurant IN FRONT OF US. We understand polish so we knew what they were talking about. It was so embarrassing and they used some really bad words. The rooms are disgusting, they are full of dust with dirty carpet. We found several kinds of insects in our room. The soap container in the shower was empty. There was a sign on the toilet that it had been disinfected but the toilet seat was dirty and urine was all over so I had to disinfect it by myself. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything in the hotel. There were really loud guests around so we couldn’t sleep until 2 in the morning. Then we tried the restaurant for dinner. The menu is only in Polish and German and there are no allergy information about the food or the content of the meal despite the obligation imposed by law. We had pizza which was disgusting and also some meat which was without the taste. And they don’t even know how the real Coleslaw salad looks like. We also paid for breakfast. When we came there almost everything was already gone and the waiter was not around. The breakfast consisted of poor-quality food. When we were almost finished eating the waiter finally came and asked us if we wanted scrambled eggs. Then they started to refill the food which was ridiculous. To sum up I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It is run by amateurs which don’t know how to behave and the services are...

Pewnie trafiłem tym razem słabo. Byłem już tutaj wiele razy, dotychczas miałem dobre wrażenia.... Dzisiaj problemy zaczęły się już od momentu próby telefonowania do hotelu. Prób było pięć i nikt nie odebrał. Mimo mojej bezczelnej desperacji przyjechałem do hotelu (miałem po drodze). Jak się potem okazało, właścicielka minęła mnie kiedy podchodziłem do recepcji bez słowa. Stałem jak idiota przy pustym i ciemnym miejscu "Recepcja hotelu".... To już powinno mnie nauczyć.... nie... Brnąłem dalej. Jak baran chciałem tam się zameldować. Faktura została wystawiona sprawnie. Gotówka została przyjęta. Kolejny kłopot, a wręcz postępowanie nastąpiło przy podbiciu stempla na delegacji służbowej... Jednak uzyskałem pieczątkę:) ...i trafiłem do pokoju.. Tym razem ciemna nora ze zniszczonymi żaluzjami bez opcji aby je otworzyć. Fantastyczny widok na dach pokryty papą który uzupełnia temperaturę panującą w pokoju. Łazienka czysta, niestety ciemna.....bardzo. Dzięki jak pisałem staraniom Pani właściciel już nigdy tu nie przyjadę. Według normy oświetleniowej w obiektach publicznych w łazience powinno być 200 Lx - jest 28 Lx - W pokoju 25 Lx. Przyjmuje się że w przedziale 20 - 30 Lx człowiek ma problem z rozpoznaniem twarzy innej osoby. Minimum 100 Lx -...

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit da gefeiert. Leider wurden wir von den Angestellten weder begrüsst noch auf irgend einer Art für voll genommen . Der bestellte Sektempfang stand zwar am Eingang aber keiner hat sich getraut was,wegzunehmen. Wir sind dann irgendwann selbständig in den Saal. Auch da kam keiner. Nachdem das Essen dann auf Anfrage los ging waren zwar die Damen fleißig aber jegliche Kommunikation fiel aus. Gerade bei einer Hochzeit ziemlich traurig. Das Essen war aber sehr gut. Um 3 fingen die Damen an aufzuräumen obwohl wir von vornherein gesagt haben wir machen länger undbezshlen 150 Euro die Std dann rauf das Ganze machte die Atmosphäre kaputt .Die Zimmer sind Katastrophe. Kein warmes Wasser, schmutzig und Handtücher, Fußmatte voll mit Haare,Steckdose lose in Wand, Wand abgenutzt,dreckig. Neuer Anstrich würde schon reichen. Wir hatten Gäste die wollten da schlafen und sind abgereist. Wir selber auch nach 2 Std ruhen. Die Dame morgens war sehr nett und höflich und hat uns alles zusammengepackt. Schade das sie nicht während unserer Feier dabei war. Sie konnte perfekt deutsch und war sehr aufmerksam .Schade das es so verkehrt lief von der Organisation her . Aber wie schon erwähnt das Essen war toll und sehr lecker...
