If you plan to organize your wedding at the hotel we clearly do not recommend.||The hotel location and surroundings are great and the food is tasty. Unfortunately these are the only positive points for this hotel.||Hotels rooms condition are acceptable but without AC or fridge. No blinds nor occultant curtains allow you to have a full dark room. The area is really damp and this reflect in the room smell as there is no ventilation. Also do not count on the hotel service to clean your room or change your towels during your stay. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and nothing was done.||Some of the hotel personal can be nice but in overall do not look for a smile or help without complaining. We had a situation with one of our guest that had an issue in his room with a suspicion of bed bugs. The manager did come to us putting the blame on our guest stating that there is no issue in their hotel. They did not even bother go to the room to check the issue. I have never seen this in my entire life. At the end we had to pay extra charge as the only other room available was not at the standard rate.||The hotel restaurant/bar during the week closed 1 hour before the expected time. After that you are invited by the personal to go eat or drink in your own room. Finally, the breakfast was okay but really poor : No cereals, no muesli, forget about good choice and diversity of vegetables and fruits.||||In regards to wedding hosting: The personal that should help you prepare and answer your question is lunatic, unorganized and unprepared. No answer to emails, (we waited months and had to ask countless time to receive contract documents). The personal is complaining when you try to call them in the late afternoon as “they are already on week-end”. Possibility to meet face to face are inexistent or the personal comes with 45min delay stating that you mixed up the time. The only thing were they are efficient is sending you a new invoice with extra-charge that is requested to be paid in 2-3 day max and even here they manage to lose one of our pre-payment.||No flexibility to change and adapt the program. Of course you can always book more, but you can no longer cancel, we were shocked by this policy especially during a pandemic period.||In the same way, every small addition to the basic program is possible but come with a price: For instance, we had to pay 240 PLN to have mineral water along with the champagne drink when entering the ball room. This, even if water, juice and cocktail bar were included in our menu for the rest of the party. 200PLN extra to borrow you a white screen for 5min projection. The hotel even tried to charge us 400PLN for the toast on the terrace (price agreed in the contract). However, this was cancelled because of the rainy weather, but still, the amount was present on the final invoice. ||The Poprawiny was really fine and the personal doing the bbq was really nice. But again, you are forced to book the place for 50 persons minimum even if you are less. You also need to pay extra if you want to stay a little longer even if during the organization the responsible person said the contrary.||||We could continue long to list all our adventure with the hotel but the above already speaks for itself. It is a real pity that the hotel do not make the extra 10% effort to run this whole complex smoothly. At the end we had a nice wedding WE and our guest were happy which is the most important. However during all the preparation and the week-end we clearly did not felt as clients but only as walking wallets. All this did only brought tension and more stress for us during the preparation and the celebration.||For all the above we clearly do not recommend this place and we advise everyone to avoid it if you want to have a good service. Stayed here with an organized group. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms large. There are no room darkening curtains so if staying here in summer the sun begins to come up about 03:30. Bring eye shades so that you can sleep. The hotel is very dark. When attempting to sit in the lobby to look at papers etc the lighting was exceptionally poor. There is a basement recreation room with a bar, but the bar is never open. There is also a bar off the lobby area that opens in the afternoon, but at 21:00 they state they will only serve beer and wine. No more cocktails. If trying to purchase a barista style coffee in the morning you are told "no". They will only make it in the afternoon. The food served to the organized group I was with was not well done. In the mornings there was a buffet, which was utilized by everyone staying the hotel, and this was fine. For lunch a plated meal was served. There was always a pot of soup, which was excellent. A meat, a potato and a vegetable. Oftentimes the vegetables were heated up bags of frozen veggies. The meat portions were excessively huge and there was so much food wasted. The quality was similar to school lunchroom fare. In the evenings a very simple salad was set out along with bread and cheese. This was followed by another huge plate of periogi's or meat, much of which was wasted as the portions were too large. There was never any fruit served or dessert. Coffee was offered only in the morning. I did notice plates of food served to hotel guests that were not part of our organized group and that food seemed far more "chef" like vs. "line cook". I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't just move to a self serve buffet for all meals. It would be easier for people to serve themselves and eliminate all the wasted food. Perhaps with the money saved they could serve fruit and even serve an inexpensive dessert like cookies. I also don't understand why they are missing out on fantastic opportunities to make money by keeping the bar operational and opening up a morning coffee bar for speciality drinks.||Bottom line: I found the staff to be standoffish and cold. No smiles and no warm greetings. There was very little customer service offered. I was very happy to return to Warsaw where customer service is fantastic and I was finally able to get myself and a sweet treat dessert.||Also be aware that you will need to drive down 6km of gravel road to arrive...
