Sasanka Willa i domki | Kościelisko — Hotel in gmina Kościelisko

The hosts of this cottage unfortunately tried to rip us off completely. We booked the cottage for 2 nights for 3 people (1 of them was a small child) and later we changed the booking for 5 people as another couple decided to join us the next day. The hosts confirmed that it was OK no problem and told us it will be 150PLN more for the reservation. We accepted then in the second day of our stay the host showed up and demanded 600PLN extra. I checked their prices online and in any given day including weekends the price was same for 5 people as for 3 people so it became clear for us they were trying to trick us and rob us for no reason. I checked the prices again online and even in the busiest holiday and summer season the price for this cottage was less for 5 people as the amount of money that they demanded. They told us we have to leave if we dont pay. We refused to pay for this obvious scam and we left after the first night. Also they demanded a cleaning fee even though they provided us with half a roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. Sytuacja wyglądała tak, że zadzownilam do Pani z willa Sasanka w celu zarezerwowania domku na dwie noce, owa pani potwierdziła, że nam zarezerwuje na 100%. Po przyjeździe na miejsce pełni podekscytowania, że będziemy mieli prywatność i własny domek w stylu góralskim, właścicielka obiektu zaprowadziła nas do POKOJU w domu a nie do domku. Po wyjaśnieniu dlaczego dostaliśmy pokój a nie domek, właścicielka oznajmiła nam, że dostaliśmy pokój, bo ktoś zarezerwował (mimo naszej dużo wcześniejszej rezerwacji) domek. Całe szczęśnie znaleźliśmy niedaleko inny nocleg w duuużo lepszych warunkach. Cała sytuacja była nie przyjemna, bo pani nawet nas nie poinformowała o jej zmianie planów co do naszego noclegu. Dodam, że nocleg w pokoju był o 10 zł tańszy niż doba w domku....

NIE POLECAM! PANI WYNAJMUJĄCA TO OSZYSTKA! Wynajęłam dla nas ( mnie i narzeczonego) domek z myślą że będzie on cały dla nas. Po przyjeździe okazało się że Pani chce nam wcisnąć pokój w tym domku. I bezczelnie się tłumaczy że mogłam dopytać. Ale na ogłoszeniu i podczas rozmowy telefonicznej, wszędzie była mowa o domku. Ponadto widzę po wcześniejszych komentarzach że to nie jedyna taka sytuacja i Panie takie oszustwa praktykują już od...
