Q Hotel Plus Wrocław Bielany — Hotel in gmina Kobierzyce

Nice new hotel, clean and modern rooms, close to the industrial area. The reason why I give only one star for the service is the restaurant in the hotel. I was waiting on Tuesday evening 2,5 hours for a starter and main course. Thursday was more crazy, guys you have to change something in order to avoid this type of feedback in the future and keep your business. I was in the restaurant at ~9pm and was waiting 20 min for the waiter come back to me and pick up my order. Nobody was taking care for me. I went up into my room, OK let's try the room service for 15PLN. I tried to call the reception 7-8 times, half an hour later they picked up the phone. I ordered my food and told to them, I am now really hungry (~9:30pm)... I am writing this feedback at 11pm, but I am still hungry, without any food. So now I go to the reception to cancel my order and eat something in the KFC... :) Update, I was standing in my room at 11:05pm already in my jacket and with my car key in my hand, but finally I received...

We are really very impressed of this hotel. It really is being run on a high level of quality. Regarding the hygiene, the service and the food there is nothing to complain about. We were more than pleased. We were disappointed, though, about one night. A wedding party has been celebrated in the hotel. The music was so loud, that I couldn't fall asleep for quite a time. We had our room on the second floor and the base vibrated up to our floor. We had nothing against a beautiful wedding party, but it is still a hotel, where a good sleep is essential for evaluating quality. The music was exceptional loud and if the music would be turned down a little, it still could be loud enough for partying. The rooms are nice and new, but slightly more attention to detail in cleaning would be even better - the area is convenient when eg visiting one of the businesses around it, but the actual last mile to the hotel is very complicated and there is no possibility to leave without car/cab. The very disappointing experience was in service - reception was ok, Someone was learning and a bit slower, but kind and supportive. The bar/restaurant area had basically no service, we had to go ask for menus (after waiting without anyone greeting us for over 30 minutes), while some selected tables closer to the bar were served. Even after that, we had to get up to catch Someone to make an order, and it took long to also get the drinks - food was ok, as we were informed that there would be a few more minutes wait.
