Stayed in the hotel with 2 kids for literally 1 night, we had a flight at 3am in the morning. Staff - extremely unprofessional, rude and indifferent. I left my bag in the taxi before arrival with all the documents and asked for some help from the side of the hotel - the guy at the checkin didn’t even know the number of the reception in order to update the Uber driver.||||After that, we initially booked a queen sized room through booking.com, however after so many inconvenience decided to check with the front office if the room was assigned right. They said that they are overbooked and gave us a twin room instead. Which was really odd, but even then I just asked for a printed sheet with a stamp from manager about actually being overbooked on that date in order to come back to booking.com support about this matter later. The girl at the FO pleasantly said “yes sure”. After 5 mins came back to pick the paper asked and was rudely rejected by the other girl from reception, saying they will not give me anything. Moved us to the other room, which was exactly the same. It was 10pm, we were tired. Came back to FO, who said it’s a different room with queen sized bed (thought they were overbooked and didn’t have any rooms????). They said that in my first room I had 2 beds, and in the new one 1 big one. I confirmed that in my first room it was already 1 big one and not 2 twin beds. They rudely said ‘no, we’re lying. Lately, barged into our room, saw ACTUALLY 1 BED AS WE STATED, and said ‘look, as we said, 1 bed’. Staff bluntly lies, stays disrespectful and indifferent.||||AND AFTER THIS, went back to FO to ask for breakfast boxes for me and my kids being ready at 2 am, since we payed for breakfast. FO said ‘okay’. At 2am - no boxes. And only the phrase - you should have asked in the evening. Which I did.||||||Awful unprofessional service. Truly surprised. However I see through reviews - I am not the only one who was completely disappointed...

Stayed one night as needed to be close to the airport. Place itself is a 4 min walk from the terminal - great. The decor and design is cool - a really good, modern place. You would have thought you could hear the planes or cars just outside but no, we didn't hear a thing.

The staff upon arrival - 2 girls sitting at reception aged 18 (?) could not be bothered to talk to us, let alone show or tell us where everything was. We had to work out where the lifts were, where you eat, etc. There were 5 people sitting in the bar area but you had to wait a while before one of the girls actually noticed that you were waving to get some attention to be served. We came downstairs in the morning to grab some breakfast before the checkout. It wasn't included in the price of the stay so we were going to pay after or we thought we would ask for it to be charged to the room. I was standing next to the reception desk putting some egg and ham on a plate whilst the guy at reception wouldn't leave us alone by keeping asking what our room number was, that we weren't on the breakfast list, and whether we pay by card or cash. I said to him to let me put some food on the plate and I'll come back and pay, or you can charge it to the room. He still wouldn't stop asking and quite frankly left me feeling emabarrsed in front of other guests. Not sure whether he thought I was going to do a runner with w bowl full of scrambled egg? Anyways, I paid. 90 PLN for some eggs, a slice of ham, slice of cheese, tomato, gherkin, 2 toasts and a bowl of cereal. When I said its a disgrace, his response was "but you can eat as much...

Plus and 5 stars for design, clean rooms, digitalisation of hotel (youre able to chat with stuff via app and order 90% of services via mobile phone). Big minus: amount of stuff in lobby and bar quality. We stayed in the hotel 18/09 You @marriot ask your frontline desk stuff to be: bartender / host / administrator / chef on kitchen. Therefore: 1. Get bartender on your staff crew full time! The completely don’t know the menu and basics of bar (lady was not able to tell me what alco they have, was not aware or recipes of aperol/Negroni/whiskey sour / Cuba libre (I literally asked every cocktail and answer was “no, sorry, don’t know. We can not do that one”). 2. Food. 40 min awaiting time for nachos 🙄 3. Buy and equip your bar. No martini / bayleys/ gin / cointrao/ grenadine (I can continue that list for a long time. That’s must have guys to have on bar to function properly. 4. Update your menu! You post in every social media your menu with cocktails on the wall (in photo attached) but bartender told me it’s not up to date and you already don’t operate that menu list for over a month. Is this so difficult to update?…. Nothing to complaint about staff (there were trying to do their best), but more management failure here on my opinion…

Great location, kind staff and clean, spacious rooms, all those aspects are 5/5. Good sound isolation from the airport, planes did not disturb the sleep. The only bad aspect was the food. I understand it’s only a „bar kitchen”, not a full size restaurant, but „zapiekanka” was a total disaster. It looked, felt and tasted like a cheapest frozen pre-made one, the „underground passage bar” level, only decorated with rocket and cherry tomatoes to look fancy. Absolutely not eatable, a shame such a thing is served in a placed related with Marriott brand.
