Biała Przystań — Hotel in gmina Pilzno

The rate quality/price is excelent (18 euros/person and night). It is located on the road to go to Krakow, so it is perfect if you go there. The room is big, and it has all you need and it is very well equipated, probably the best hotel in our travel. The hotel has a restaurant, where we had dinner and breakfast with local dishes, which were excellent. We went there on 31st October and the hotel was opened only for us, because the 1st November is a Holyday in Poland and all is closed. The food here is really stellar.

The rooms are a very neutral, modern feel.

The wifi in my room, however, is dreadful and I would have left two days ago if I had been able to.

The staff have generally very pleasant personalities, but after countless hours of exasperating, escalating phone calls to the U.S. it turns out that, instead of my bank declining my cards as the staff had been insisting, the hotel staff themselves have been processing my card incorrectly all along, leaving me stranded and unable to travel elsewhere for meals or...

Ogólna ocena 4,4. Piękny, słoneczny dzień spędzony w miłym towarzystwie w Białej Przystani zaliczam do udanych. Lokal bardzo przyjemny, widać że jest to stosunkowo nowy obiekt, a jego zielone otoczenie jest na razie w fazie wzrastania :) Obsługa bardzo miła i merytorycznie dobrze przygotowana - kelner odpowiedział na wszystkie pytania dotyczące menu. Potrawy smaczne, dobrze doprawione, wydane jednocześnie i we właściwych grupach - zupy z zupami, dania główne z daniami głównymi, a porcje dosyć duże. Wygląda na to, że wszystkie składniki są świeże. Bardzo fajny pomysł z samodzielnym smażeniem steka z polędwicy na lawowym kamieniu - każdy może sobie wysmażyć go w takim stopniu jak lubi. Przy restauracji jest duży i wygodny parking. Jeśli chodzi o minusy: dziwnie przyprawiona kapusta czerwona w zestawie surówek, balans słodko-ostry w sosach do dopracowania. Reasumując restauracja sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie i jest miejscem, do którego chętnie wrócę :) Na pewno kiedy zielone otoczenie będzie już gotowe to zrobi się jeszcze...
