Rooms very basic which didn't bother us at all. No kettle, coffee or tea in the rooms. No TV, just saying. Bathroom was ok, however old and could be improved. Sealings and grouts with lots of mould :(
Bed was not very comfortable and the sheets had some holes in them and a bit of staining.
Wardrobe with plenty of space.
Overall no atmosphere of Gory Stołowe at all which was surprising. The building itself lovely but no character and random decorations making the palce look chaotic.
Breakfast was ok but only ok.
Coffee terrible, we tried all the options as machine was available. Just poor man's coffee.
Luckily, round the corner, there is a lovely cafe restaurant with amazing coffee.
Location is great, all trails available from just round the corner.
Will definitely come back, but will definitely choose other...
Read moreThe hotel is located in great place, in a middle of National Park with good access to attractions and hiking routes. The staff is friendly and very helpful, they also recommend a places and trails for hiking, if needed.||The room was clean, properly equipped (hairdryer on request from reception); unfortunately, there was NO WIFI in the room, and WiFi in restaurant was not very stable.||Please note the hotel restaurant closes at 7pm (!), but there are other ones just behind the corner so this is no problem for the guests, unless You want quick hot tea in the evening...||All in all, it was good stay and we recommend this hotel.||||ps. please note there is no coverage for mobiles, a godsend gift for those who want to escape from daily routine... but also a hell if You need to check anything...

Miserable furniture in dismal room, tiny TV – vestige of a bygone era, endless dull corridors… The impression is that the edifice was more ol less adapted and they did utmost not to invest. || Worse luck, it would be an exaggeration to call Karłów even a village, so for all your needs (entertainment, shopping etc) you have to travel to Kłodsko (25 km) or Kudowa-Zdrój (10 km) on a bumpy side road. || The only merit of this hotel is its proximity to “Szczeliniec Wielki” - clusters of rock formations. It seems reasonable to stay in one of the neighboring spa towns and from there visit the attractions, but...
