Chalkos Yacht Club — Hotel in gmina Sława

We've been here several times (once a year for the several few years). The food today was very lovely - generous portions, well seasoned, properly cooked, and beautifully presented.

We ordered the "Firmowy Kotlet Schabowy z kością" (pork cutlet on the bone with all the trimmings) and the "Pappardelle ze szparagami i krewetkami tygrysimi" (pasta with asparagus which is in season locally, and tiger shrimp).

The pork was juicy; the salad, fries, and tzatziki that accompanied it were well seasoned.

The Pappardelle (pasta) was properly cooked (al dente) - and the asparagus had the right crunch (not overcooked).

The beverages are chilled to perfection and the desserts look exquisite - though we had no more room left after such a scrumptious and well portioned lunch.

Overall, prices are very fair for the quality and the hearty portions - not to mention the view (which is simply stunning, while not interrupted by hoard of tourists - rather just those going on yachting excursions or staying in the chic cottages and yacht club).

I look forward to returning - and can especially recommend visiting on work days / hours as it is very "chill" vibe.

Congrats to the owners - you can see that the care and that they've put their passion into this place, which improves year after year.

Went there in August and promised ourselves to leave a review even if slightly belatedly.

This place is actually a camping site with a few container size ´appartments’.

Food is very poor (a choice of greasy pan fried chicken, beef or fish) and the place is noisy at night with loud music camp fires just outside of the club.

To top it all you, we got rude reactions when we complained to a group that was drunkenly singing loudly in a microphone at midnight. Pretty certain that the owner’s mother and friends were part of the group.

Oceniam samą restaurację, nie miałam okazji korzystać z innych usług. Na wstępie nigdzie nie zauważyliśmy informacji, iż jest tam samoobsługa, przez co przez dobre parę minut siedzieliśmy z rodziną przy stoliku, zaglądając głęboko w oczy paniom kelnerkom, które niestety nie śpieszyły się z oświeceniem nas o takowym trybie zamawiania dań. Po zdobyciu kart z menu i złożeniu zamówienia przy barze dla 4 osób zostaliśmy poinformowani o wydłużonym czasie oczekiwania na dania. Nikt natomiast nie poinformował, że przygotowanie 4 obiadów w postaci smażonego sandacza z frytkami i mizerią zajmie ok. 1,5 godziny. Ponad to 2 porcje zostały przyniesione dużo wcześniej niż pozostałe 2,ze względu na to, że obsługa się pomyliła i jakimś cudem rozdzieliła nasze zamówienia (przecież wszystko było zamawiane w jednym czasie przez jedną osobę przy barze), przez co czas oczekiwania dla tych dwóch pechowców jeszcze się wydłużył. Niestety nie usłyszeliśmy słowa "przepraszam" ani nikt nie starał się nam zrekompensować nieprzyjemności wynikających z błędów restauracji. Podsumowując - jedzenie było dobre, aczkolwiek ceny kompletnie nie są adekwatne do jakości obsługi klienta, czy też sposobu podania...
