Karkonosze Relax&Leisure — Hotel in gmina Stara Kamienica

The hotel is generally bad. Definitely not worth the price. After booking, based on the description on the website and the very high price we paid, we expected a really nice place, but we were very disappointed. The rooms are small, without air conditioning, so it's very hot. In the attic room, there's no curtain over the roof window so the sun shines directly in your face from 6 a.m. There's no refrigerator, so you can't even keep you drinks cold. Many things don't work properly (e.g., the flush, the drain, the toilet constantly clogs, the lamp hangs crooked—these are minor details, but at this price, it's a bit distracting). The walls are so thin that you can hear every word from the room next door, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel's location is poor, as it's located on a very busy road with no sidewalk or roadside, making it impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel. There's no place to hang out outside around the hotel, no benches, no tables, not to mention a playground, so you have to stay inside. Unfortunately, for everything there is an additional fee. Billiards, darts, and table tennis are all available, but they're paid. At almost 6,000 złoty for a family of four for five nights, it's probably a bit excessive. The breakfast food was good and the service was friendly, which is probably the only positive. Overall, when I think about how much we spent on this place, I literally want to cry because we expected a completely different standard. I don't recommend it. I definitely...

WARNING: Tempted by a holiday offer, I booked a package for a week at the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel for a family of 4 in a superior room as shown in the image below (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated in a 3-person room (2 single beds and one single sofa bed). In addition, there were only 3 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels prepared in the room. Furthermore, it turned out that the room presented on the Kyriad Karkonosze booking page is not a superior room at all (!). Since it turned out that there was not enough sleeping space for one person after our arrival, we filed a complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to refund the reservation (over 1300 PLN). Therefore, please be careful when booking any room at Kyriad Karkonosze and make sure you have 100% guaranteed the appropriate number of sleeping places - do not rely on the photos on the website, as you may be greatly disappointed on site, as happened to us, which I wish on no one. Below I present photos of the room, which, as it turns out, is incorrectly marked as superior on the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel booking website. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what a superior room looks like, as admitted by the hotel staff. Mieliśmy dosyć spore oczekiwania co do pobytu, jednak kilka elementów wpłynęło na zmniejszenie oceny ogólnej.

Zameldowanie - dosyć późne (od 16). Wszystko przebiegało bez większych problemów. Obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Bez proszenia dostaliśmy karty wejściowe dla wszystkich uczestników (częstą praktyką jest jedna karta na pokój, co tutaj nie ma miejsca) Pokój - bardzo niewielki, co w parze z dostawką sprawia że nie ma praktycznie miejsca na poruszanie się. Łóżka posiadają taką konstrukcję, że cudem jest przejście pomiędzy Nimi a biurkiem bez ubicia sobie palców u stóp. Same łóżka wygodne i czyste. Największy absurd to balkon bez żadnych mebli - można wyciągnąć jedno krzesło z pokoju, ale reszta może usiąść sobie jedynie na podłodze. Ładny widok na Karkonosze zakłócony przez głośną wentylację restauracji, która całkowicie zabijała klimat. Słabe wygłuszenie ścian oraz brak klimatyzacji (tu akurat moje niedopatrzenie - nie zauważyłem w opisie oferty, że pokoje nie oferują takiego udogodnienia) - w gorące dni nie da się praktycznie wytrzymać w pokoju. Sprzątanie - bardzo ciekawy patent ze sprzątaniem na życzenie za pośrednictwem SMS. Skorzystaliśmy raz - niestety pusty dozownik na szampon nie został uzupełniony, a po papier toaletowy musieliśmy lecieć na recepcję. Warto popracować nad udoskonaleniem tego elementu i zwróceniem uwagi na szczegóły. Wyżywienie bardzo poprawne. Dogodne godziny posiłków. Widać, że jedzenie mocno nastawione na dzieciaki (na codzień rosół zmienia się z pomidorową + dodatkowa inna zupa. Codziennie również znajdziemy danie z makaronem). Do śniadania i kolacji dostępne ekspresy do kawy i automaty z napojami. Basen bardzo ok (w pokoju dostępne ręczniki basenowe. Szlafrok dostępny za 20 zł, kluczyki do szafek w szatni również dostępne na recepcji) Parking dosyć mocno rozwalony wokół całego obiektu - czasami trzeba bardzo dużo wysiłku żeby zaparkować i dostać się na drugi koniec hotelu - jest to spora niegodność, biorąc pod uwagę, że parking nie należy do najtańszych. Samo umiejscowienie hotelu to doskonała bazą wypadowa. Niestety nie ma szans wyjść gdzieś na piechotę w okolicy (brak chodników i ciekawszych miejsc do spaceru). Animacje bardzo rozbudowane i ciekawe (warto zwrócić uwagę na jakość realizowanych animacji - jedne Panie starają się, pilnują i angażują dzieciaki - inne zaś kolejnego dnia widać, że przychodzą z fochem i za karę - dzieci biegają i rozrabiają, a Panie niewzruszone odliczają czas do końca). W hotelu funkcjonuje restauracja z daniami kuchni włoskiej (pizza/makarony) - niewiele te dania z Włochami mają wspólnego, a cena również nie zachęca do zakupu, jednak jako opcja...
