This place is a run down dump! I wonder if the marvelous reviews I saw were written by the owner’s relatives. Don’t go there in the summer or you will sweat to death because there is no air conditioning. The average temp in our cloister like room was 80. If you left the window open, you would have a bug fest soon after. We complained about the room so they showed us a bigger one but it was so musty, we could not wait to get out of there. If you like to be joined by flies at your meals, then you will surely enjoy their restaurant. They claim they have 6 but there is really only one and all meals are buffet where you sit at large tables with plastic tablecloths as if you were attending a day camp. We were there for a week for a special program so we could not leave, but we could not wait to get out of there. Nor could every other attendee...

Terrible! Definitely not a resort and certainly not a spa by any stretch of the imagination. Run-down, not maintained, and downright dilapidated. Rooms are small, musty and dirty. Service is awful. Air conditioning doesn't work, food is mediocre, grounds are poorly maintained and in some areas completely overgrown. At night there is only one person running front desk, bar, restaurant, everything! This place needs a lot of help and many, many improvements before it could even be considered a 3-star hotel. Avoid it...

Ku ogromnej mojej uciesze są takie miejsca jeszcze na polskim świecie. Pałac Ossolińskich to kraina która mnie absolutnie oczarowała. I nie mówię tu o jakichś cudach czy energetycznych pływach jakiś, nie mówię nawet o pięknie zachowanym zabytku ... jest to miejsce w którym można całkowicie zapomnieć o codzienności, która zostaje przed bramą i czeka grzecznie aż zechcesz w. Każdy kogo spotkałem z obsługi absolutnie profesjonalista zorientowany na dobre samopoczucie gościa i takie też miałem, nie zabrakło mi zupełnie niczego . ..... No oczywiscie za wyjątkiem żony i córki. Lecz moje łzy spowodowane rozłąką z rodziną pohamowało przepyszne jedzenie i iście Sielska atmosfera i fajny pałacowy klimacik jeśli oceniać laikowi wartość zabytku to może paroma szczegółami nie przypomina tego z czasów swojej świetności i Młodzieńczej świeżości. No jest po prostu bardzo ładny. Na koniec jeszcze dobre słowo o kadrze zarządzającej która jakiś bardzo poważny remont a w obrębie kotłowni związany z awaria ciepłej wody potrafili przeprowadzić nocą tak że nikogo nie budził hałas a tym do późna siedzącym nie zabrakło wody genialna organizacja z pewnością tam wrócę ale tym razem...
