Hotel Amaryllis — Hotel in gmina Swarzędz

Came to visit a friend that stayed at this hotel. The room was paid for by my friend at the rate of 66 EUR. When leaving the hotel I was asked to pay 70 EUR as if I have received an additional room. I have explained the situation, refused to pay and was on my way out when the hotel’s employee grabbed me by my clothes in attempt to not let me leave without paying the mentioned 70 EUR for an additional room I have not received. Shortly after they have locked the door and called the police. The police came and said that I have committed a crime and that I must pay the mentioned 70 EUR as that’s the hotels policy (I wonder what the hotel’s employees told the police). The police also said it was okay that I was physically attacked by the hotel’s employee as apparently "the employee was trying to prevent me from committing a crime. I have paid the 70 EUR in order to avoid a visit to the police station, but I highly recommend to avoid this place for all potential visitors. When we came everything was good good spot and a good guy on the reception, when we came tomorrow morning the staff was not friendly kept telling me to calm down even tho i was asking a just to get another room key because i was not alone. Breakfest did incliod eggs and 5 crosaunts for the whole hotel when i came. U had to cook the eggs in non boiling water witch made it impossible to cook good, wifi dose not work at all i couldnt attend my meetings and the staff didnt want to do anything about it witch made my stay very difficult and non enjoyable. In free time i couldnt enjoy internet or talk to my family. One receptionist was friendly and very nice the place of the hotel is good and the room is good. Na Plus: pokoje czyste dobre śniadania, duży wybór potraw, własne wędliny, owoce, bardzo pozytywna obsługa w restauracji, uśmiech, nie trzeba szukać obsługi, basen

Na Minus: pokój 2 osobowy jak na 4* dosyć słaby : jedno gniazdko elektryczne – nie ma żadnego przy łóżkach, TV gdzie polski kanał znalazłem na kanale 35, teczka z informacjami o hotelowa w opłakanym stanie, podarte karty, pomazane, brak klimatyzacji, słaba wentylacja (tylko grawitacyjna) zapalanie światła w łazience na korytarzu ale nie od strony otwarcia drzwi ale przy zawiasach prysznic z foliową kotarą, z cienkiej foli która ma tendencje do przywierania do ciała podczas brania prysznica, co nie należy do przyjemności łóżka (pojedyncze), ich rozmiar, mam 180 cm wzrostu i 90 kg wagi i nie byłem w stanie zmieścić się na tym łóżku, gdy spałem cały czas spadały mi ręce dla których nie było za bardzo miejsca.
