Hotel Kruk — Hotel in gmina Tomaszów Mazowiecki

We spent one week there. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the lake (artificial)and beautiful forests. During our stay the hotel was really quiet but it was in the low season. Saturday nights they organize wedding parties or other events but it did not disturb our stay. The strongest point of this hotel is its stuff (receptionists and waiters) who do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. We must also praise the restaurant chef as the food was really delicious and nicely served. They take special requests very seriously and nothing is too much trouble for them.It is a 2 star hotel, so one should not expect luxury there but the place is clean. One thing ought to be done quickly and that is carpet and towel change and training the maids how to greet the quests. The place is really nicely located. Forest from one side, small lake on the other side. Is very peaceful and quiet, great if you want to relax away from everything. Food is AMAZING. However staff could be more customer service oriented. One or twice I got feeling like the waiter doesn't know what to do. Please they do take their time to get your food. On the other hand food is worth the wait. |The wedding I have attended was very nicely organized. Very festive.|The room was small however bathroom was clean and water pressure was very good. Oceniam pobyt jako znakomity ze względu na liczną ilość pozytywnych komentarzy że strony gości weselnych. Jeżeli chodzi o moje własne spostrzeżenia to muszę powiedzieć, że sala po remoncie wygląda cudownie, idealnie klimatyzowana sala, biała kolorystyka świetnie spełnia swoje walory wizualne (byłem na Sylwestrze więc mam świadomość zmian jakie zostały wprowadzone). Jedzenie nadal ma bardzo wysoki standard i z tego co udało mi się usłyszeć to każdy wypowiadał się w samych superlatywach. Ja osobiście nie zjadłem za dużo bo jak to bywa na własnym weselu, stres ograniczył mój apetyt. To co najbardziej rzuciło się w oczy to obsługa kelnerska, która w mojej opinii robi świetną robotę. Wszystko wykonują sprawnie, ekspresowo, z uśmiechem. Szef kelnerów był bardzo pomocny i wielokrotnie podczas wesela w wolnej chwili spytał mnie o jakość obsługi, wszelakie uwagi itp. Co do sposobu wystroju sali jako facet ciężko mi coś powiedzieć, skoro nikt nie narzekał to chyba było bardzo ładnie. Pani dekoratorka jest bardzo miłą, ciepłą i serdeczną osobą. Podczas przygotowań do wesela dało się zauważyć, że właściciel hotelu chce pomóc w zorganizowaniu udanej imprezy doradzając w ułożeniu najdogodniejszego układu stołów, rozstawieniu jedzenia czy też przebiegu samego wesela. Hotel ma świetne położenie względem zalewu Sulejowskiego co dodaje mu jeszcze więcej prestiżu. Śniadanie po weselu bardzo smaczne. Jeżeli chodzi o poprawiny to poziom obsługi i zadowolenia gości został podtrzymany. Żeby nie było, że tak SŁODZIŁEM cały czas to powiem, że parę osób zgłosiło mi, że brak klimatyzacji w pokoju jest kłopotliwy. Oczywiście mialem tego świadomość kiedy zamawiałem noclegi. Pan...
