1.2.2023 for me the Hotel is absolutely overrated,especially during polish schoolbreaks like a kindergarden or school academy with very limited recreational value for adults.If I have to pay 5 Euros per day for parking at a remote location and 150 Euros for the room,it feels rather like ripoff!Rooms tiny,soundisolation at residence VERY POOR!breakfast buffet already like at all inclusive-horror in budget countries.Endless ways from/to residency,chaotical guidance.Plus-pools,grandious view,friendly staff,spotless clean rooms.But in my point of view no sufficient value for price. 6-9.11.2023 gave it a 2nd chance - spent 2 hrs in the wilderness on poorly signed redirection as hotel decided to give information about blocked road just as attachment in the standard arrival information...and just in polish....while marketing spam internationally.When complainted about this issue at front desk-first face to customer- may not decide anything-when demanding an authorized manager-Manager"P" at 7.11. doesnt deliver what he promised,at 8.11.at residence disco beats from bar Karczma...due to girl at front desk "maybe till 12p.m....yes,makes really sense in a spa hotel.In all rooms we had-absolutely poor wifi...Manager "M" isnt at agreed time at checkout at 9.11.-11:00(Concierge "D")and a compensation due to all suffered chaos is offered just after payment at checkout... As great as the design,spa,a la carte-restaurant are-organisation and staff are absolutely sub par and not according the product offer... 14.2.2024 still waiting for promised 300 PLN compensation-so-european consumer protection 3.3.2024 finally paid after reminder of the consumer protection service 75 Euros.Case closed,after change of management and owner I will give it...

Our recent family stay at Hotel Arłamów was a truly relaxing and scenic experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful, attentive, and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The range of activities, facilities, and amenities available on site was impressive, with something to suit all ages and interests. The equine facilities were excellent — my daughter had a lesson every day during our stay, and we were thoroughly impressed by both the world-class arena and the skilled, friendly instructors.

Our room was spacious enough for a family of four to sleep comfortably, had a good shower, was kept spotlessly clean, and the daily cleaning service was excellent.

Food-wise, breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choice, good quality, and some variation day to day. However, the buffet-style dinners were disappointing. While there was an extensive selection each evening, the quality suffered, perhaps due to the rotating “theme night” approach (different national cuisines each day). Although the dishes matched the themes and offered variety, most were of poor standard. I feel the buffet would benefit from a more consistent menu at higher quality. We didn’t try much from the à la carte restaurants, but what we did have was of decent quality.

Overall, a fantastic place to relax with exceptional facilities, friendly staff, and plenty to do for all ages — we’d happily return, especially for the activities and atmosphere, though we’d be selective about the...

Our 2nd visit to Arlamow, this time with another couple.||Overall, it is a beautiful resort with extensive recreational opportunities. ||||First: The Not So Great||||Terrible Signage||Difficulty finding the main entrance||Difficulty finding our rooms...repeatedly (Signage Needed!)||Reception and Check-out...very slow. Don't they know about internet check-out?||On-site dining room: Good food, Polite Service, but extremely slow. For breakfast, use the buffet.||The parking garage is excellent, but in and out signage is outdated. Eventually, you'll be let in, and when necessary, let out.||||Second: The Very Great||||The breakfast buffet is simply amazing for choice and variety. ||For dinner, we recommend the off-site dining room just across the parking area or walking via the underground passageway!||Here you will find a beautiful dining room and exceptional food.||Call ahead to see if Olga, one of the waitresses is working. ||Olga is an exceptional, efficient, and sophisticated woman who would do well in management. One of the top 5 servers we have experienced in our rather long lives!
