Insufficient air conditioning in the room. Air condition was operational whole day, but even that, the temperature in the room did not fall not even overnight below 24°C. In the afternoon there was constantly 27°C and all of this was at the bottom of the room. In the upper part, there was at least 3°C more then the bottom part. The temperature in the room could not be set lower than 21°C. I complained second night, that we, including children, are not able to sleep in 27 °C, but the staff only kept promising to solve the situation and only thing happened, was a free bottle of prosecco third night. After that I sacrificed the last night I have already paid and we left the hotel. Air condition also could not be operational in the night, because it was very noisy. The last thing, right above the bed was a niche and above it a roof covered only with plastic that could not be darkened in any way, so from half past five there was light above the bed, as if someone was shining above you and when it rained at night it was more noisy than if you slept outside. In my opinion, the hotel should have pointed this out, which it did not. Cooling of the minibar was also broken and everything was at room temperature. There was no basket in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom, where you can not put even a 0,5 bottle. The hotel service in 3 days was not able to vacuum crumbs from the children's food at the table. To sum it up, I paid more than 700 euros for 4 nights in a 4 stars hotel where there was incredible heat, where it was not possible to sleep with the children and we had to leave after 3 nights and no one even tried to solve our problem. The hotel promised to return about 40 euros last night, I do not know where they took just such an amount, but even that has not happened yet. Therefore, I do not recommend accommodation with children in the apartment to anyone.

From the outside this hotel looks lovely and there are some great touches to it. However once inside it's a different matter.|They have obviously tried to keep a lot of the original brickwork & machinery of the place but all the light fittings have wires exposed which spoils the look a little in the bar and restaurant area. |The staff all appear very aloof, not at all friendly and they are not attentive to guests needs. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience.|This hotel doesn't give the impression they want to look after their guests. There are no helpful welcome packs with information in your rooms. There is some info on the TV screen but unless you are Polish you can't understand it so have to use Google translate but even then the info is very sparse and not very helpful. The rooms are not too bad. We stayed in a family room. It was small. The beds were awful. It was like sleeping on trampolines and the mattresses wouldn't stay on the bed frame. The bed linen was stained. Coffee/tea wasn't refilled and the air conditioning was useless! It was extremely hot weather and our room was so hot. We had booked for breakfast each morning. It varied each day but you could always guarantee dry bread, dry pastries/cake and staff were very slow refilling when food and cutlery items were low.|It was nice to relax in the whirlpool and have a swim in the pool but the area is very small and the floors get very slippy. We were told dressing gowns & slippers would be available to us ... they weren't. All in all our stay was sadly...

We did book 6 weeks prior 2dbl rooms for 8 RN's - requesting at least one room with a balcony for our dog; such had been declined during the reservation process. |( No alternative option provided) Upon check in, Isabelle from reception offered one (1) room with a balcony for 4 RN during our stay . Even so we need to move back & forth , we gave the "ok" !!At the day we meant to move , the offer was declined by Natalie at reception. Requesting a conversation with the Hotel Dir. Mr Kamil , we were called that he would call us. Sadly he never cared to do so , too much to ask for on a Saturday !!? An upsetting experience not handled well , with no alternatives offered. At the hot temperature during our stay, a balcony for the dog was too much to ask for.....going to check out early ! *BTW . Do make sure you do not rely on the Internet.
