Las Woda Park Rekreacyjno-Biznesowy — Hotel in gmina Wilga

Ridiculous joke of a "hotel". DO NOT book a business conference here. There is frequently no water in the rooms or public toilets - with no explanation or warning. We arranged a set up on Sunday because we had a lot of equipment for an offsite we were running. The woman who arranged it (Aneta Bednarczyk) - apparently Conference and Banqueting Manager (!) was not on duty, had not left a message and does not train her staff to be practice and provide any kind of service (example - "I cannot help you - I am only a waiter"). On the 1st day of our conference my colleague and I had no hot water in our room showers. There was no water to flush toilets or wash hands in the public area toilets (only 5 litre plastic containers)!!! The place is swarming with mosquitos - inside and outside. It is not clean - my colleague was bitten on the toe by something living in the carpet in the conference room. I believe it needs a health inspection. My colleague had an upset stomach and cramps after eating in the restaurant. They had good out all afternoon when the temperature outside was roasting hot - with no refrigeration or covers from flies. The milk in the coffee machine was so curdled that it was sour. We requested Aneta Bednarczyk to come to our conference room on the first day of our conference for feedback- she never showed up. Avoid this place. For those of you not speaking Polish- Las Woda means water forest- what an ironic joke 🙄 The only saving grace on Sunday was Mateusz on Reception who was proactive and effective- he worked a 24 hour shift at the weekend - thanks to him I was able to set up. This hotel is beautifully located in the middle of forest in recreational area. It is perfect place for peaceful retreat from civilisation. It has good food, good service and nice cosy rooms. Spa, sauna, pool allows for indoor activities while forrest area around allow for outdoor activities, including tennis. For people who live in Warsaw, this place is far enough to run away from rush but not too far as to be stuck there. There are also few attractions around for those who can't stay in one place for too long.||||We went there with 15+ people for Christmas, just to avoid spending most of time on preparations and cooking and traveling between members of the family. We enjoyed that stay a lot. Christmas eve dinner was spectacular with small orchestra that played Christmas carols, Santa came with presents for children and the food was magnificent. the hotel was full for Christmas and we were sharing the dining space with other families but we didn't feel overwhelmed or alienated. If you are looking for and isolated place where you will be totally disconnected from other people - you will find it in Las Woda.||Hidden in forests of Wilga the places offers a unique opportunity to stay in an areawith no GSM coverage. Adding up the wifi that was faulty for most out of our 3-day stay it reflect a total cut off other things. Not an easy thing to explain to your business partners and family as you are finally back home.||It seems to be funny but it is not and the issue should be declared by hotel officilly at the web side.||Forgetting about this for a moment I have to note that rooms were quie comfortable, food served interesting and tasty ( but not all dishes avaialble during whole buffet lunch ), confrence rooms large, easy to moderate supported with good coffe breaks.||The place offers outdoor and small indoor pool, sauna and outdoor tennis courts and lots of paths in a forest to enjoy long walks...
