You can see that this hotel is made around weddings. Place is very quiet apart from that. Probably also because of the location that's not near anything. Place is quite new so from the outside it's quite appealing. The room is okay, nothing special. There were visible spiderwebs in the room and the sink would fill itself up whole using. Kitchen is alright, although quite a small choice of things. Most staff is nice, although one person stood out. She does a lot around the place. Take care of breakfast, sit behind the reception, take orders for food etc. But she is not made for hospitality at all. Will not make you feel welcome. Ignores you Doesn't say hi. We were going for diner at some point and asked her for drinks, a starter and a main. After 10 minutes of her, sitting behind the computer we had to ask for the drinks. The guy next to us had to grab his own menu from the counter. Then she came with our mains after 20 minutes. We asked about the starter and without saying anything she walked to the kitchen again. We organized our Polish-French wedding in Karo, and it was just amazing ! Despite the 3 changes of dates due to covid, and the specificity of the French traditions, the manager has always been available, efficient, understanding and supportive. We could start to install the place few days in advance since there was no wedding planned, which allowed us to decorate and organize exactly in the way we wanted, with the constant support of the staff of Karo. The garden and orangerie gave a beautiful atmosphere to the place, especially for the beginning of the wedding and the brunch on second day. The chef has been really available (and speaks really good English) to adapt slightly the menu, and the food was really delicious. During the evening, the staff was extremely efficient and professional. The giant screen is also a wonderful tool to share some videos or games with the guests ! Do not hesitate if you have to organize a party there, you will never be disappointed of the quality of the place and the support, kindness and professionalism of...

Chciałabym podzielić się moimi wrażeniami z Sylwestra organizowanego na sali weselnej. Niestety, mimo początkowych nadziei na udany wieczór, całość pozostawiła wiele do życzenia i absolutnie nie spełniła oczekiwań, zwłaszcza w stosunku do ceny.

Największym rozczarowaniem było jedzenie – nie wszystkie potrawy wydawały się być świeże, a ciepłych dań ciągle brakowało, co powodowało spore zamieszanie. Obsługa również nie stanęła na wysokości zadania – kelnerzy sprawiali wrażenie słabo zorganizowanych, co utrudniało sprawny przebieg wieczoru.

DJ niestety także zawiódł. Muzyka była monotonna, a zapętlona playlista sprawiała, że atmosfera stawała się przewidywalna i nużąca. Dodatkowo granie pięciu utworów jednego rodzaju pod rząd skutecznie odbierało chęć do tańca.

Na domiar złego, zachowanie części gości zakłócało bezpieczeństwo i komfort innych uczestników. Biegające dzieci z zapalniczkami i petardami, włącznie z niekontrolowanym odpalaniem fajerwerków, stanowiły realne zagrożenie. Doszło nawet do zapłonu petard, co mogło skończyć się tragicznie. Sytuację pogarszały tłuczone kieliszki, co stwarzało dodatkowe niebezpieczeństwo dla osób w pobliżu.

Najbardziej frustrujące jest jednak to, że cena absolutnie nie była adekwatna do jakości, jaką oferowała ta sala. W zeszłym roku uczestniczyliśmy w Sylwestrze na innej sali, gdzie za podobną kwotę zapewniono wyśmienite jedzenie, świetną obsługę i wspaniałą atmosferę. Tegoroczne doświadczenie pozostawiło ogromny niedosyt i poczucie rozczarowania.

Mam nadzieję, że organizatorzy wyciągną wnioski, aby w przyszłości podobne wydarzenia były lepiej zorganizowane i oferowały standard...
