Eden. Motel — Hotel in gmina Zamość

I stayed here for 3 weeks during the summer, it was an enjoyable stay, the room was clean and cozy, and the owners was very friendly and helpful especially when they gave me a ride into town, they also served rly good beer. The food here was delicious and i couldn’t get enough.

However the place could use some improvement, the bed was comfortably but the feather pillows did occasionally irritate me, there was also some partying guests being very load at night which was not enjoyable and the bed was pretty low which didn’t help my bad back.

In conclusion, if ur travelling to Zamosc with budget motel Eden is a good accommodation option., I would definitely...

It really was my worst traveling experience!! We were returning back to Ukraine from Europe and I had booed the motel officially on the booking.com and got a confirmation. We arrived around 10 PM and were ringing the doorbell for more than 10 minutes and finally some man opened the door and started arguing that no booking was visible in the system without checking anything. He did not even look into the confirmation in my application. He suggested us a room with a much higher cost and all my attempts to clarify the situation just failed. We were just thrown out literally and had to look for another place to stay at night. Think once more before booking...

Właśnie wróciłem z komunii, którą organizowałem dla swojej córki. Niestety właściciele lokalu okazali się kompletnie nieodpowiedzialni. Na stole nie znalazły się produkty, które dostarczyłem (wszystkie rodzaje ciastek i owoce). Między pierwszym a drugim daniem obiadu przerwa wynosiła 40 minut. Były organizowane jednocześnie 4 komunie, parking miał być na 30 samochodów, przy dobrym zastawieniu innych pojazdów mieściło się 15. Tort na salę wjechał w pudełku, w którym go dostarczono, nie raczono go nawet wyjąć z pudełka. Przy rozliczeniu doszło do niemiłej sytuacji, gdzie okazałem się pijanym palantem i chamem, gdy wspomniałem o swoich zastrzeżeniach. Właściciele lokalu straszą wezwaniem policji, gdy brak im argumentów adekwatnych do sytuacji. Nie potrafią się przyznać do swoich błędów (4 komunie to za dużo). Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego lokalu na organizowanie imprez okolicznościowych...
