Absolutely do not recommend this hotel!! I will never book it again. we booked through booking.com and there is no cancelation available. when we arrived there was a very loud party going on and the music was so loud you could hear it in our room. i could hear every text of the songs. when i confronted the staff about it, they just told me that they sent me a warning about the party, but only AFTER i booked and since you cannot get your money back once you book, i see this as a total scam. at least give the guests an option to cancel the booking if you are having parties. we drove for 10h+ and needed a good rest. it wouldn’t have been a problem to give us our money back and we would have gone to a different hotel, but i felt like they pretended that they don’t understand what i want. suddenly they understood after i called the booking.com customer service. we got our money back for the breakfast and our dog.

and after 10pm it is not possible to go out or in. because we arrived so late, we quickly wanted to go to the nearby store to buy some food, but when we came back the door was closed and there was no one at the reception. the only door that was available was the door to the party, so we had to cross the dance hall to be able to get to our room. this is not very pleasant.

to the dog fee: i first got a message that there won’t be any extra charges. then i got another message that i will have to pay 50 zl for him per day, and then at the hotel i had to pay 100 zl, even though i am not even staying for 24 hours but just for one night.

at least our bathroom was clean, but the door was broken and our bed was comfortable.

only thing i can recommend: the cappuccino.

I used a Tesla supercharger next to this hotel and restaurant. I was very tired and hungry after the whole night of driving. I went inside and the very first thing I saw was a massive sign by the front desk: ‘Toilets are for paying customers only!’. I jokingly asked if I still could still use the toilet even though I’m just charging my car. The guy at the reception very seriously said ‘NO - we’re not getting paid by you or Tesla when you charge’, he said that I had to pay to use the toilet. I did - I even bought a coffee (which cost me 10pln rather than 4pln I’d pay for the toilet) and I gifted it to him. But there and then they lost me as a customer. I have seen petrol stations charging for toilets. But all hotels and restaurants that are near other Tesla Superchargers embrace this extra brand awareness that these chargers bring them. They help promote their business. I often learn about new hotels or restaurants because of that. And I start using them in the future - almost always a meal (what else can you do while waiting for the car to charge?) but sometimes also an overnight stay if it’s a hotel. But I will never use this establishment in the future. I’d rather sit in the car and watch YouTube or Netflix than buy a meal or stay overnight with them. They first have to learn what good customer service is - it always starts with the way they treat...

To jest tak rewelacyjne miejsce, że poleciłam je już kilku osobom a byłam tu zaledwie wczoraj! Obiekt 3* spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania. Dostaliśmy duży pokój, czyściutki, duży, świetnie wyposażony. Są wygodne łóżka, płaski tv i wiele kanałów do obejrzenia, czajnik elektryczny, filiżanki, kawa i herbata, woda butelkowana i szklanki. Bardzo ładny wystrój pokoju, jasne kolory ścian i ruda ceramiczna podłoga świetnie współgrają z przytulnymi drewnianymi meblami. Łazienka bardzo duża, kabina prysznicowa, ręczniki, kosmetyki i suszarka do włosów. Czyściutko i ciepło, akurat dzień był pochmurny a chłodny a w pokoju było bardzo miło. W restauracji zjedliśmy wspaniały obiad w dniu przyjazdu. Zupa grzybowa z pasztecikiem z ciasta francuskiego to prawdziwy majstersztyk! Bossski smak! Schabowy maxi, prosto z patelni, świeżutkie i chrupiące frytki i surówka, wszystko wyborne i bardzo duże porcje. Następnego dnia zjedliśmy śniadanie serwowane do stołu. Ilość pysznych produktów, sposób podania i ich jakość sprawiły, że zjedliśmy wszystko! Jajecznica na maśle, chrupiący boczek, pyszne kiełbaski na ciepło, wędliny, jajko, pieczywo, sałata, pomidor, ogórek, nawet oliwki. Całość niebo w gębie! Podkreślam też, że wszystkie osoby z obsługi, z którymi mieliśmy styczność, były bardzo miłe, pomocne, uśmiechnięte, chciało im się! Panowie w recepcji bardzo kompetentni, uczynni, uśmiechnięci, skupieni na kliencie u jego potrzebach. Pani, która podawała nam posiłki to wspaniała kobieta. Uśmiech nie schodził z jej twarzy, była pomocna przy wyborze dań, poleciła nam zupę ww grzybową, dziękuję!!! Wszystko załatwiała szybciutko, zgodnie z informacją z menu, na posiłek czeka się do 30 minut a my już pk 15 minutach jedliśmy pyszny obiad! Pobyt w tym hotelu to sama przyjemność i relaks. Obok hotelu są stacje Tesla do ładowania aut elektrycznych, warto wiedzieć gdy ma się taki samochód. Otoczenie hotelu jest niezwykle zadbane, zielone, hotel jest tuż przy drodze, nie sposób zabłądzić. Doskonała baza wypadowa na koncert w Atlas Arena albo zwiedzanie Łodzi. Dojazd jest dziecinnie prosty i szybki. Bardzo dziękuję za opiekę i polecam wszystkim tym, którzy chcą się wyspać, odpocząć, zjeść coś pysznego i szybko dojechać do Łodzi! Ceny są bardzo przystępne w porównaniu w ofertą w centrum miasta. Zapamiętajcie tą nazwę! Hotel Lemoniada :) zarezerwujcie pokój koniecznie z tym boskim śniadaniem! Daję 10 na 10...
