My family and I (from the UK) have just spent the weekend at this hotel to attend a Polish friend's wedding. We had the best time EVER! Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms and bedding were immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The wedding celebration was amazing. The function room was beautifully decorated - tables laid perfectly. 10 |courses for dinner and the staff |worked so hard to make everything |perfect. This hotel is a nightmare ! I couldn’t believe when we saw that disgusting, nasty and dirty beds .( the towels were the same) . We have travelled around the world and never seen anything like this. I became sick and had a panic attack where I was sleeping , my skin started itching . The receptionist said that it is not her responsibility and not her problem. Due to some construction projets I am quite frequently in Jaslo and I have to say that I am positively surprised by a few changes they made especially regarding the restaurant. A smaller menu instead of the "book" with 30 pages they had before, with the food having majorly improved since I last ate there.
