Hotel Jastarnia — Hotel in Jastarnia

After reading many nice reviews of this hotel we decided to spend here 1 week of our vacation. But we were not so much happy... The deluxe room was very small, looking not much "deluxe", bed was right behing the door. Towels were shabby and a bit dirty. With this we could live. But during the night we realised that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we could hear everything... elevator, people walking on the coridor, coughing neighbour, crying babies and what more - some party people coming from a bar at 3 am... After 3 hours of night sleep we decided to cancel our reservation and move somewhere else. On the other hand the hotel manager was so nice that we did not pay any cancellation fee. Breakfest was good, but again - crowded...

Location is good, not on the main street - so not noisy. And the walls are thick enough 🙂 But the wind makes weird sounds sometimes. Secure parking behind the hotel.|Fairly new hotel in very good condition. Modern bed, modern bath&shower, nice furniture and colors.|Extraordinary nice and new wellness area with steam-bath, sauna, infrared-cabin and whirlpool - but please change the very uncommon and uncomfortable sunbeds!|Also a very good breakfast included. Missed nothing! Healthy stuff, sweets, different breads, salads, fresh fruits, juices...|The restaurant is also very good. Tasty and good food for reasionable prices.|Thank you for the extra free...

Clean rooms & friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars for the hotel itself but since we live in a modern internet society, I believe the management of hotel Jastarnia should take care of their website. It is not in English and for non-Polish speakers, it is pretty impossible to understand the content.

Additional, it would be great if there is a bit more information about the package the hotel offers. Here I mean the breakfast & dinner options, or so-called half pension. When we booked it we didn't know what exactly was included in - whether breakfast/resp. dinner/ was buffet or a served meal. It is nice to know, so you don't book the...
