Used to be very good, not so anymore.
I have been staying at this hotel every year for a period of roughly 5 years now. It used to be a good value but recently this has very much changed with the quality of many things drastically deteriorating and prices rising simultaneously.
The hotel restaurant is one of the things that has suffered the most in my opinion. When I first stayed at this hotel the restaurant truly reflected the number of stars that this hotel has (three), however, this year, I would honestly say that the restaurant is at a much lower level, possibly even of a 1-star hotel. The buffet, once superb, has been stripped down to just a few dishes. This, combined with cramped tables which are difficult to navigate around, especially when carrying food (even though a third of the restaurant is closed off and free) as well as a terrible table setting (proper tablecloths replaced by cheap plastic-like pads) and a staggering four chairs cramped around a singular, small table (yielding little space for places) result in a very unpleasant dining experience.
If more than two people are staying in a room (which can be true especially when a large family is staying in a two-bedroom room), only 2 key-cards are issued with no option to request more, leaving the guests in an awkward position of having to repeatedly exchange key-cards just to be able to access their room.
With temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius and higher, the hotel rooms are unbearable to stay in due to the lack of air conditioning. Other parts of the hotel such as the restaurant or the reception / lobby are equipped with air conditioning systems however, all of the units are turned off leaving the guest uncomfortable, sweating, with no place to cool off.
Room quality has also deteriorated, minor things such as a broken safe or plastic cups show how poor the quality control is. Tables on the room balconies (at the ground level) have been removed leaving behind just a set of chairs with no place to put down a drink.
Having stayed at many hotels around Europe, I can say that because of these reasons and many more including high prices (which do not reflect the quality of the hotel at all) are why I would not recommend this hotel to anyone anymore, at least for now. I hope that these will be fixed and the hotel quality will turn around as with the current state of things, it is most certainly not a...

Read morePobyt w tym miejscu to jedna wielka PORAŻKA i stracone pieniądze. Byliśmy rodziną: 4 osoby dorosłe i 2 dzieci. Mieliśmy studio, czyli dwa pokoje, a w nich dwa łóżka dwuosobowe i jedno jednoosobowe. Ciemne, ponure korytarze i pokoje. Wszędzie kurz i pajęczyny. W pokojach gorąco, zero przewiewu. Nie da się spać. W łazience to samo plus utrzymujący się zapach kanalizacji. Na suszarce napis żeby jej nie używać. Na suficie pleśń. Kabina prysznicowa mała. Ręczniki stare. Poprosiliśmy o wymianę po kilku dniach to z wielką łaską otrzymaliśmy. W pokojach zachlapana czerwona wykładzina, stare meble, ściany podrapane. Ogólnie pokoje do odświeżenia. Pierwszy i ostatni raz. Ogólnie nie polecam. Odliczaliśmy dni do wyjazdu.
