Read moreVery average hotel, nothing spectacular. Hall on the second floor seems to be flooded with water or some liquid leaving large dirty spots all over. The room was very clean, the bathroom shower drainage was blocked making a shower for two people almost impossible without spilling water on the bathroom floor. The hotel is set to accommodate Catholic First Communion and wedding guests. There is no morning coffee available for hotel guests unless you purchase a breakfast. Breakfast is not worth the money you pay for. There is a free parking and Wi-Fi available. Service at the pub was substandard. They only prepare a reservation table for some guests that had a voucher or something, we were told. Read moreStayed here for a Karate weekend. Not sure if its a language/culture difference but found the majority of staff quite short or unhelpful towards you. The manager seemed really nice, dealt with him on two occasions and he couldn't help you enough. The attitude of staff seemed to change towards the end of our stay. The room we had 203 was spacious and more than enough for what we needed. Our fridge didn't work but this was swiftly rectified by the manager when reported. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and water machine just outside the door. Loacated close to lifts and stairs and a short walk to reception and dining room.
