Rezydencja Bakamus — Hotel in Sandomierz

Not a good place with a two-faced and mean owner. Stopped in on New Year's Eve. I booked through Booking, asked for my phone number to change the reservation, in the end she simply canceled it! so as not to pay to booking. I booked a double room, upon arrival my room was already sold. We settled in a 4-bed room, it was cold, there was mold in the shower. for the evening I offered dumplings, it’s terrible, it turned out to be leftovers from different people fried in a frying pan, some with potatoes, others sweet with cottage cheese, all in one plate and for this I billed 60 zlotys. Great family owned little hotel with a very cozy atmosphere. I booked four nights and everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable

It's on a high traffic road but very well isolation, you hardly hear a buzz. The location might be a bit of a problem for some, it's about a 20 minute walk from the main attractions and a bus close by could take you even faster. Three brilliant dogs on the property, they might bark when they see you but are very friendly. The downstairs looks like an art gallery with paintings of the city. There is a large supermarket right nextdoor.

Dziwne miejsce. Rezerwacje robiliśmy przez Booking, ze względu na dobrą opinię i miejsce przyjazne osobom niepełnosprawnym. Już podczas jazdy do obiektu dostałem przedziwny telefon od właścicielki, która poprosiła mnie o anulację rezerwacji na Booking. Ponowiła prośbę podczas meldunku. Prawdopodobnie chcieli ominąć w ten sposób opłatę za serwis, niestety my w ten sposób zostaliśmy też pozbawieni wyrażenia swojej opinii na tym serwisie. Powodem zrezygnowania z Booking było kłamstwo, że obiekt jest przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych, pomimo tego, że tak zaznaczone jest na Booking i stronie obiektu (pani przyznała nam pokój na ostatnim piętrze i z racji rezygnacji z Booking przyzna nam wspaniałomyślnie na 1 piętrze, byliśmy pod ścianą). Pokój czysty, łóżka średnio wygodne, ale brak pilota do klimatyzacji, choć jest to zaznaczone na stronie. Po naszym telefonie właścicielka poinformowała nas, że trzeba by było dopłacić 50 zł, ale zrobi dla nas wyjątek i zaraz kogoś przyśle z pilotem. Było bardzo gorąco w pokoju ale nikt nam tego pilota nie przyniósł. Pokój od strony bardzo głośnej ulicy. W łazience brak miejsca by coś położyć, trzeba wszystko trzymać na umywalce. Jedynie śniadanie było dobre i chyba to jedyny plus. Ja nie polecam...
