Room for improvement: Spent 7 days there. -Upon arrival I had no towels in my room, be careful, the tapes turn ON when turned clockwise!!! (Hot and cold) Very loud music that was played above me (3rd floor, I was on the 1st...). The music was played throughout the week and weekend. I believe the conference room is used as a dance hall. The music, people screaming and jumping would stop till 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday...impossible to sleep. people constantly knocking abruptly on neighbours doors at any time of the night because they did not have a separate key card. Yelling and talking loud in the halls after 11p.m.... -you can hear the neighbours television... -opening/slamming doors at night...
-Staff could did not bring back my washing and spent 10min looking for it -washing bags are not supplied in the rooms, when I asked the staff they told me to just bring my dirty washing down to the from desk to her... a bit embarrassing without a bag which I did not have...plus it's an unhygienic practice. Asked for bag, needed to leave for work, was told it would be up in 10 min...it never came and the front desk forgot/did not seem to understand the reason for a plastic bag...but got it eventually.

About 10 minutes from the rail station and even closer to the bus station. ||||This hotel is reasonably good for the price paid if you need to stay in this medium sized Polish town. Reception was easy to deal with and the room easy to locate. ||||The room itself was perfectly adequate for the price paid. Furnishing was comfortable, bathroom was in a little need of refurbishment. The soap dispenser by the wash basin was empty. WiFi worked absolutely fine.||||Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a good selection of hot and cold food laid out as a self service buffet. ||||I don't normally use hotel restaurants for evening meals, but there was little in the way of alternative options within walking distance. The perfect hotel for any occasion. From the time we arrived at Hotel Kamienica to the end of our 2 week stay there, our expectations were far exceeded. We were greeted the first night by the owners and staff during the holiday season. While being away from our home in the United State's during the Christmas season, we were welcomed as though we were family. The owners of the hotel have taken great pride in their hospitality by providing the highest quality of care and consideration in every aspect of their hotel. ||The boutique design of the hotel, restaurant and bar and hotel rooms, give Hotel Kamienica its unique charm.
