I was in a camper so I didn't see the rooms- so I cannot rate them - but of they are the same standard as the campsite- book now!! This site was such a positive surprise to me .. I have lived in Warsaw for 15 years and didn't know the site was here! Everything is PERFECT - yes really. From the warm and friendly welcome (which lasts the whole stay) to the secure way they manage the site - I felt safe and taken care of. They even took a couple of packets in for me while I was out. Cleanliness!! 200% - 2 hours per day the showers and toilets are closed for cleaning - they are spotless!! There are 3 showers and 3 toilets (women) with another toilet inside the bar. It is a relatively small site - but enough space for everyone to be private even when it's full. There are pitches in the sun and shade. It is quiet and green - with a small forest behind it which was great for walking my dog. They have a bar and a simple but tasty menu of food. There is local beer if you want to try it. There is a laundry that you pay for by the hour - 20 zloty (about 4.5 euros) - with washer and dryer The staff are wonderful- kind, helpful and friendly and speak certainly perfect English. It was a really global camping community- Finland, Switzerland, France, Germany, Romania and Holland all passed through while we were there. If I could live...
Read moreOur family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Wok Camping site 3 nights while visiting in Warsaw.||We did like our stay. The camping site was small, but well-maintained. The toilets and showers were very clean, and there was a small but functional kitchen were to wash dishes etc. ||The staff was helpful, and you were able to buy public transport tickets from reception beforehand, which made using the buses easier. Public transportation worked fine, and it took ca. 30 minutes to enter the city with a bus (146) + tram combination. Timetables and line description could be found from internet.||The camping site was quiet and felt safe, and free wifi was moderate. ||Unfortunately the playground for children was closed, and there was not much to do for the kids.||Otherwise we can warmly recommend this camping site for...
Read moreWe just spent 5 nights at the WOK campsite in Warsaw. It is a wonderful campsite. Clean facilities, nice kitchen with supplies to cook. One washer and one dryer, which could be an issue during high season. The dryer only holds 2.5 kg and took forever to dry my clothes. I did 3 loads from 3pm-7pm. They charge you by the hour (12 polish dollars per hr) to use the machines. There was one tent and one caravan while we were there. We did not use the restaurant or bar but they are both nice. WiFi was great. Staff were friendly and pleasant. ||Bus service to Warsaw just a short walk. Takes about 20-30 min to get to town on the bus (146) depending on traffic, then a 2 stop tram ride to Old Town area. Would recommend this campsite. The campsite isn't very large and they do have hotel room here...
