I have no idea how did this hotel receive 4 stars. Where to start? 2 stars hotel breakfast, extremely poor and limited, and when you want to wipe your hands you get to use square shaped thin papers to do so because probably it’s too much for them to offer normal tissues or napkins. The heater in the room had a hole in it which exposed the inside, the toilet shower handle came off and the door can be opened from the outside if it was pushed. Also, if you leave the door open for few seconds it starts making an annoying loud noises to remind you that the door is opened. I really don’t know who is managing the property but I am pretty sure it’s run by a person who has no clue about running a hotel and here is why:|-Room refrigerator is locked and can’t be opened without a key from the reception. |-Tv speakers in the toilet.|-no fresh towels until you ask for it in the reception.|-music playing all over the hotel and rooms corridors from 7 to 10 pm.|-breakfast times changes during weekends.|And to add to our misery I was given a key and a card to the room because cards don’t work in my room. |No air-condition remote control in the room you have to go down to the reception and pick it up by stairs, of course, because the elevator is out of service. |-No WiFi in rooms.|-the reception area is a hangout place for the staff and there friends.|To be fair the staff were nice and helpful |What a terrible experience and a waste of money. They do not...

Read moreI wanted to spend the New Year's Eve 2016 weekend somewhere quiet and||comfortable with my fiance - away from the parties, crowds and||celebrations. Unfortunately the stay was far from what we had expected.||The AC didn't work, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to||be desired, but that's nothing compared to what happened later.||||On the New Year's Eve we came back to the hotel to realize a wedding||reception is taking place. Had we been informed about the planned||wedding, we obviously wouldn't have decided to book there. We ordered a||dinner and after 30 minutes of waiting at the bar, we were seated at a||table in a busy hallway (since there was no room for us to sit in the||dining room.) The steak I ordered was hard like rubber and inedible. I||sent it back. I wasn't offered any apologies, I wasn't offered anything||on the menu I could eat instead, and was still asked to pay for the||meal, since - according to the staff - I ate some of it. The hotel staff||was extremely rude and unprofessional, and in the end the manager only||offered a 5% discount. Sleep was out of the question, obviously, with||the loud music (which lasted until 5:30AM) playing downstairs.||||We left the next day. My credit card was overcharged for the stay, so I||had to contact the staff of the hotel to clarify the situation. We're||frequent travelers and will come back to Zamosc many times, but never||again...
