My stay at Casa Baio was nothing short of spectacular. This serene, architecturally stunning rural farmhouse is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of the Alt Alentejo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmth and kindness of our hosts, Alan and Vincent.

The beauty and tranquility of the location is astounding. Our en-suite bedroom, one of four, was designed with attention to detail and local materials. As the sun set, we enjoyed the views from our terrace .

Casa Baio is such a beautifully tranquil place to stay, so relaxing with sunsets to die for. The farm itself is stylish and modern which sits perfectly surrounded by the farms olive groves and stunning Alentejo scenery. The guest rooms have great views, are tastefully designed and the beds so comfortable. Alan and Vincent are so welcoming as were Tilda and Leo the dogs and the chickens, especially Lucy. We had a lovely breakfast with honey from the farm and the Casa Baio organic olive oil they produced there is wonderful. We will definitely return. Simplicity...
