Motel Bracancún — Hotel in Braga

I did previously write a review giving this place a 5/5 score. This time I'm going to give it a 3/5. The difference is this time we spent 2 nights but more particularly one of those nights was a Friday night. Last time it was a mid week overnight stay so things were somewhat quieter. This time, a different story. To confirm my initial suspicions, this place is a place to 'party'. When I say 'party', it's for those who are having illicit affairs (and demand absolute privacy), swingers or down right perverts. Friday night, this place just exploded. People were partying all night. I won't go into detail. What did it for me, was when I looked out of my balcony in the afternoon only to see one bloke, on the balcony below, giving himself a bit of palm/sausage relief in full view. Clearly a bit of an exhibitionist! Also, this time around, a menu was left where one could buy exotic adult toys. Anyway, just a warning, this is for adults only. No kids. If this stuff doesn't bother you then you'll love it. It's cheap. That's the real attraction, but beware, weekends can...

What an amazing concept motel. My wife and I, accompanied by our dog, booked this motel for an overnight stop off travelling from the UK to Portugal. It was budget. Perfect for our needs.

On arrival, it dawned on us that this motel was designed with absolute privacy in mind. You do not meet the reception. All is done out of view. You done need to get out of your car. Indeed, you can even hide your car from the curious. You have a garage to hide yourself in and private access to your room. No overlooking from neighbours on the balcony. Nothing. All transactions are done in the room with reception via a mobile turnstile. Again... Privacy!

It is great, if you are shy, or a family, like the Adams Family. Or, if you want to meet 'someone' and hide your affairs from your prying spouse. You get me? TV includes adult channels. What more can I say? Nudge, nudge,...
