Pensão Destino — Hotel in Castelo de Vide

Me and a group of 10 friends have stayed the last weekend in Pensão Destino. It is a fantastic place, very well located, just 5 min from Castelo de Vide village center. The location is very quiet, as there is nothing else around but nature. We woke up with birds singing! The whole space is very cosy and you can feel like you were in a retreat.||||The rooms are very nice, very comfortable, with a simple decoration. The living room is the ideal place for the group to reunion and chat around the table, have breakfast, read a magazine or even play some cards (like we did!).||||The kitchen has all you need to be on your own in terms of meals if you wish to cook. I spent just a night at Pensâo Destino but I plan to go back. It's an old railway station converted into hostel. It's simple and lovely, and at a great price. The rooms are simple, clean, with lots of light. Free wifi, with good connection.||More than a hostel it feels like if you're staying in somebody's guestroom (in the good way). There is a small communal kitchen which you can use , as long as you keep everything clean. Breakfast is just as simple and lovely. We spent 2 nights in this hostel and we were really glad of the choice we made. The place is fantastic: a renovated train station lost in the middle of nature.
