Oak Cottage — Hotel in Ferreira do Zêzere

This has been our first stop on our travels through Portugal and it has exceeded our expectations. We did a long stay, 7 weeks and all we can say is, it has been heaven. This cottage is divine and tucked away in the mountains of Ferreira do Zezere which has the most amazing views. There is so much to do in the area and the town is a 10 minute drive from the cottage.

We loved the peace and quiet. We took advantage of the hikes and lakes in the area and did lots of exploring of the neighbouring cities and towns.

The cottage has everything you need and is clean. Vera is a lovely host, welcoming and helpful and we liked the cleaning lady Irene very much.
