Nômade Melides Eco Lodge — Hotel in Grândola

Both my wife and I cannot recommend this place enough. We came with our five year old daughter who was equally enchanted. So natural, yet with all the modern facilities you may still wish for (good WiFi, cable TV). We didn't need it much as the outdoors and the beautiful terrace invite you just to relax and enjoy the calmness or read on the sofa or the hammock. The apartment has everything you need and we both repeatedly said we could just move in here for good. It just has a good feel about it- call it an excellent Feng Shui or whatever you like. The breakfast every morning is again outstanding in terms of quality of the ingredients, variety and the setting it is held. We left this place 4 days ago and we are still thinking of it with feelings of nostalgia and this is not only thanks to all the mentioned above but also to the very generous and special attention of Michael and Bea. We also loved Bea's dinners made with love and great ingredients cooked or prepared to perfection They made this holiday even more special. If you visit this amazing hotel you will not forget it...

Amazing stay here- we wish we could have stayed longer! We were very lucky to stumble upon this place, just a few months since they opened. The pictures do not do it justice. There is a beautiful man made swimming lake to take a refreshing dip in, and each room has a lovely patio with a hammock. Perfect place to relax at! We felt like we were on our second honeymoon. The owners have put a lot of thought into making the place amazing, down to all the small details. And to top it off, the complimentary breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast we have ever had. No joke. Everything either comes fresh from the garden or is locally produced. I cannot say enough good things...
