Even though there isn’t a “classic butler” system, everything worked seamlessly—communication was super quick, clear, and always warm. Whenever we needed something, it was handled immediately and with genuine care. When I wasn’t feeling well with a flu, tea with fresh ginger and lemon was brought without me even having to ask. That kind of attentiveness is rare, and it made us feel truly cared for. And then the food… both breakfast and dinner were absolute highlights of the day.
