Our 3-night stay at Palm View Guesthouse was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jonas and Thomas pour their hearts into this beautiful oasis they’ve created. The guesthouse is not only impeccably clean and stylish, but it also radiates warmth, care, and intention in every detail.|The poolside 'honesty bar' made our afternoons and early evenings feel like a little slice of vacation heaven, and the breakfast—served on the patio by the pool—was the best we had on our vacation. Homemade marmalades and breads, eggs and bacon cooked to order, vibrant fruit and charcuterie platters—all prepared and presented with so much pride and care. Jonas even went out of his way to accommodate my food allergies with homemade gluten-free bread, biscuits, and treats—something I’ll never forget.|What made our stay truly special, though, was how present and thoughtful Jonas and Thomas were. They checked in on us each day, always genuinely interested in our plans, and offered help without ever being intrusive. From arranging a boat tour before we even arrived to making dinner reservations and suggesting local experiences, they made us feel completely taken care of. They even went out of their way to do a small load of laundry for us as we were nearing the end of our trip and needed a small wash--truly above and beyond. Who does that?|It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and personal, but Palm View Guesthouse is exactly that. We left feeling so grateful and already dreaming of coming back. Our stay at this boutique hotel in Luz was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were taken by the beautiful design—a perfect mix of modern elegance and local charm. Every little detail made the place feel cozy and inviting. The pool, nestled in a lovely garden, was a peaceful retreat where we spent many relaxing days.|What really made our stay special were the two wonderful Swedish owners. They made us feel like we were visiting old friends. Their warm hospitality was incredible; they were always ready with local tips, restaurant recommendations, and engaging conversation. |Mornings were a treat with a breakfast that was more like a feast. We enjoyed fresh fruit and salads, delicious pastries, and many other tasty options—all beautifully presented. It was clear they put a lot of thought into making sure everyone started their day well-fed and happy. Plus, we loved the free coffee and tea available all day, and the self-service bar with a great selection of beer, wine, liqueurs, and snacks was a nice touch.|The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Everything was spotless, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home.|In short, this boutique hotel in Luz is a true gem.
